@devastate-lasting Thanks! It’s a WordPress blog, hosted by Bluehost (but I purchased the theme from CreativeMarket.com).

(honestly I didn’t really know where to put this topic…)
Hi, everyone! I wanted to let you all know that I have a somewhat-new Redbubble shop, featuring designs specifically for writers and readers. Here’s the link if you want to check it out. And I have a new collection coming, with the theme Writer Humor. 😀 If you all have some funny writer…[Read more]

@seekjustice Cool idea!
Here are my current projects:
1) Superhero duology; the first is in the editing stage and the second in the outlining stage.
2) Sci-fi novel with futuristic racing; in first draft stage. Protagonist is a girl trying to show the world what she can do, and learns about true identity and Who created her.
3) Futuristic Red…[Read more]

Since we’ve got so many new people on here, I thought it might be fun if we all got to know each other a little better by chatting about our WIPs (works in progress)!
To get us started, I have three novels I’m planning on drafting and I’m just trying to decide which one I write for NaNoWriMo. I don’t want to give too much away about them, but…[Read more]

That’s good to hear!
I’ve been pretty good. Busy, definitely!
Aw, thank you! Yes, I had a lot of fun releasing all my pent up frustrations with the modern fiction writers 😛

Wow, that’s quite amazing! I very briefly considered becoming a forensic pathologist, but to be honest the 12+ years of study put me off, so I’ve decided to become an occupational therapist instead, which is definitely a career swing.
I got interested in it through dogs. I’m a dog trainer and I read a book on training cadaver dogs and using…[Read more]

SeekJustice replied to the topic Do you listen to music while you write? What kind of music do you listen to? in the forum Topic of the Week 4 years, 2 months ago
@kathleenramm I was actually just researching this topic for the KP article I’m writing and was just about to make a topic doing an unofficial survey on this very topic!
Personally, I love listening to music while writing. I’ve just been editing articles and I’m listening through the Prisoner of Azkaban soundtrack as we speak. John Williams, you…[Read more]

Sorry I missed you guys yesterday! How are your studies going, Rochellaine?
Are you still working on Queen of Drama, Valtmy?

The French Revolution and World War One are really interesting periods to read about. As for me, I’m fascinated by Roman Britain, WW1, and the Golden Age of Piracy/Exploration (which reminds me @gracie-j your books sound awesome! My current WIP is based on the lives of William Dampier and Jeanne Baret, have you heard of them?)
And my…[Read more]

Nice idea! I also know a lot about forensic science, though specifically I know about forensic pathology and cadaver dogs and the role they play in (usually) murder cases. How did you get interested in it?
However, my true areas of knowledge are dogs and animal training/behaviour (I have nationally recognised Australian qualifications in…[Read more]

@jjb This is an awesome idea! 😀
I guess I could say I’m knowledgeable about horses/the equestrian world. And also the homeschooling culture??? (not sure if that’s an actual research resource or not…)

Oh, okay then 😀 That definitely makes me feel better. I used to think I was very obsessive but maybe I’m just normal 😛 😛

SeekJustice replied to the topic Are you and outliner or a pantser? in the forum Topic of the Week 4 years, 2 months ago
Definitely an outliner! Though I’m not quite as pedantic about it as others are and my outlines are usually only about 2,000 to 3,000 words long (uh…I think i just exposed myself as an outlining fanatic) and I do go off outline quite regularly. I find when I pants, as I’ve done occasionally, I lose motivation quickly and I don’t…[Read more]

Hello, Libby! My interesting name is SeekJustice, but my actual name is Chelsea. I’m a KP intern and loving it so far.
It’s lovely that you can play the piano! I’ve attempted so many times to learn an instrument but I just can’t do it. I really enjoy listening to piano music though.
I also really love historical fiction! Do you have a…[Read more]
