I don’t think I’v ever written a story using Omniscient PoV.

I don’t think I ever want to.

But the classics often use it, say Dickens. Maybe try studying the way he writes? That’s all I can really offer, I only do first person or limited third person, so its not really a topic in my field of experience.

Ha, well, “playing” abd “serenading” are probably too strong words. I am teaching myself to play guitar but it mostly consists of me complaining that my fingers can’t do F chord.

@kaya-young Oh, and if you have an iphone you can get any gutenberg books on ibooks, or on any kindle app you can get them, but I don’t think you can get them on an actual kindle.  I used to read them on my iphone and sometimes on a kindle app, but now I mostly read them directly off the website just on my computer.

@kaya-young An amazing place to read free books online is gutenberg.org.  Project Gutenberg is a website run by volunteers who put public domain books online for people to read freely and easily.  I use it all the time, and right now am in the middle of a book there called Captain Blood, by Rafael Sabatini.
