Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I got busy and had to take a bit of a break from kp.
Nice to meet you! Army of tiny ducks? XD I love ducks lol. Those genres sound fun, kinda the same thing I do (mostly dystopian here, but I do have a fantasy dystopian)
I like birding too! What’s your favorite bird you have seen?
Yw!…[Read more]

I just watched the legend of Hei! Girl it was sooo sooo good! I was starting to cry at the end and like I just loved everything about it! I think it’s now my current favorite fanart! Thank you so much for the suggestion, I’ve got to make some fanart sometime lol. < 3

Awwww, so fun! (Why do your grown characters still ignite the “poor little babies” part of my brain?)
Also…what does Nikolai look like perchance? And have you done a collage for him? (If you haven’t…well now, I don’t know a whole lot about his story, but I think I’ve caught his drift)

😊 Maketh my heart gladeth.
Does it fit how you pictured him? The plushie is yet unclaimed.

Not sure. Maybe because he’s a guardian type, protecting his younger brother. Maybe because he reminds me of a centurion, and I always loved the centurions in the Bible. He doesn’t understand everything, but he has a strong sense of honor.

Aha!

Lisa was looking for that. You don’t want her looking for you instead!

Oooo, nice story, Ellette. I like Julian.

I will post a character aesthetic, though. It has a bit of the backstory woven in, so I won’t be specific, but see if you can guess who it is! (I say like it’s not painfully obvious.) Whoever gets it right gets an imaginary plushie of this character OR his horse!

Good. That’s what I assumed was happening.
The emotional/spiritual aspect will be addressed later.
I’m afraid I was more concerned over the emotional/psychological aspect, but I suppose that’s kinda what you meant.

Mae Govenen! Thank ya’ll for your feedback. And I will especially thank you for tactfully reminding me to post the extra that fateful Thursday.
As we all know, the extra was not posted.
Fear not, nevertheless! Although we have not posted chapters, we have been writing them. And…[Read more]

Oh! I love hearing about your progress. This is so exciting!
The aesthetics are exquisite! I love all the little peoples in them. They really show Riker’s tender heart.
Hans will forever be “a cold sore on the lip of life” like Anne Shirley puts it, but hey, what makes a better villain? I agree that he’s not flat, (dare I…[Read more]

My sister and I reverted to eleven year-olds the moment we found out. The amount of happy dances since then has been Citadel of Dreams worthy.
We have effectively spread the Natalian infection to multiple people in our church, and hopefully this next book will bring more loyalties. I feel like a Seventh Districter.…[Read more]

One day, I hope to fly a million miles away. Where painful memories are far away, and the fresh beach breeze covers my dry skin. The sea would lap over me, tugging at my hair, and perhaps I would feel at home. The strangeness of my new world would comfort me from the horrors of the one past. I’d bring you with me if I could, but I’m not sure you…[Read more]

I think you can go ahead and give the prompt whenever you want.
And I vote for one word. It makes things so much more interesting in my opinion.

Okay! I finally got to read through this so far. Here’s my thoughts:
1) Joseph is a dear little boy who might need to be protected from his author.
2) You tend to rely a little heavily on Telling over Showing. For instance, you saying he is struggling with nightmares is unnecessary, since I can see that well enough from his POV…[Read more]

To be remembered not by flowers
One day, there was a little girl tree. Her trunk sprouted from the ground, firm and stable. She loved the summer, autumn, fall, and even the winter. Her roots took hold into the ground and grew deep and firm.
When next winter came, the wind was cold. It blew her over, and her trunk toppled. The other trees…[Read more]
That was beautiful. I had to reread it twice ❤️
I think there were a couple times when you said “women” when you meant “woman”? (I’m sorry my grammar naziness is showing)
But anyway, I can’t pick a favorite line. How do you paint such a vivid picture with so few words?
@loopylin
Thanks girl! < 3
Oh yeah, probably. It's fine lol! Grammer nazziness is only annoying when it's done for the sole purpose of being right, and I know you're not like that.
Thank you XD idk! Honestly, it's kinda a blessing and a curse. Sometimes, I feel emotions so strongly that I get all confused and overstimulated… but if it's not too…[Read more]
Yayy you watched it! I knew you would like it. Also the poem was beautiful, I wondered at one point if she tyrned into fossilized wood because that stuff is gorgeous. :]
