Thanks, @winter-rose . 🙂 It’s coming together. There isn’t a lot of organizing left to do, really, it’s just time-consuming. It’s kinda like treasure hunting, only a little more tedious.

Sherlock would say he never guesses, @hope . He makes observations and deduces from them. When there are several possible deductions to make he chooses the most likely based on the facts. So there is very little guesswork involved. It is more clever thinking. 😉

And I keep overanalyzing my storyline. I’m like, “Just write the doggone thing already! It’s only a first draft for goodness sake!” But there are just so many possibilities! I think I’m making progress, though. 😉

I think it’s possibly the most re-readable book in the series. I just love great beginnings!

That would be cool, @daeus . I don’t really mind for myself since I’ve read them all already, (several times 🙂 ) but I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on getting the best first impression, you know? (unless it doesn’t matter to them) Plus the first one is pretty good!
