Hey! I’m sorry you haven’t been feeling well, but I’m really glad you found a doctor! Hopefully he can help you even if the recovery process is slow. I’ll be praying for you ❤️
I haven’t been toooo active on here, but I try haha. Pretty busy with school, and my sister’s soccer season is just ending but I’ve been going to…[Read more]

Min!! 😀 Congrats on your achievement, that’s impressive!
There’s not a lot of news. Just people doing normal people things. :] A couple new roleplays are attempting to spring up, and the castle roleplay is not too changed, I believe? We definitely have new people though.
I’m still writing my main wip ATOH but I’ve been working a lot more on my…

The farmer Charles Wherl, before he used magic, is somewhat inspired by Charles Ingles. THey are both fathers who live in a house in the woods with their families, enjoy telling stories to their children, and play some sort of instrument (Though the fact that they are both named Charles is pure coincidence). The reason why I was…

Where are Chase and Sebastian? Didn’t they get the same sentence?
Touché, I will see to that when my roleplay brain starts working again.

Guys, if feet were people, what would their fashion sense be?
Ancient, that’s what. They would only wear toegas!
*Coughs awkwardly* I’ll just leave.

Guys we drove past a turtle on the highway, and I got out of the car to save it, but just as I stepped out this big truck smashed it to pieces. I cried a lot and my dad was sympathetic in a weird sort of way. He had that look you give little kids when they cry over something relatively small but you still want to comfort them. I guess I am human, after all

I need to read Little House on the Prairie again.
*Poofs out of nowhere* *Nods* Mm, classic. Has it inspired part of your story or…? *Poofs away again*
*Returns the normal way by walking* Just wanted to say your chapters are really solid, and I can pretty much pick any of them, read it, and have an interesting time. I can…[Read more]

This poem doesn’t make much sense by nature soo XD But it’s fun to say out loud.
– Sensory Overload –
The cheeto dust sticks to my fingers.
Zappy plastic casts itself through my chloroplasts –
A science fiction invasion.
Suddenly life consists of balance,
Yin and Yang,
As the tang of cheese and sweat give voice…[Read more]

Poor Ellie, especially, she shouldn’t have to touch wet noodles anymore. Gross. I wrote a poem about washing dirty dishes, once. It’s a little weird, but I’ll post it in a poem thread

Ah, she is vengeful and sad. You could give her a little peace at the end; maybe she finds out what truly happened to her husband.

I have a potential idea for a character, someone who falls into a gray antagonistic role. But all that to say, three things need to come across in his character:
1. He needs to be a real threat.
2. He also needs to be likable and fun to watch, preferably one of the most fun.
3. It…[Read more]

Great!! It took maybe fifteen minutes so I should clean it up a little. My pencil battery died and I used my finger for all the shade blocking 😂

In fights, it might help to give some hints at Rax’s weaknesses? I think of a fight like a dialogue, and the characters take turns knocking stamina off each other until something tips the scales.

Oh I don’t think Marcel is invincible. He was actually quiet fun to RP with because he isn’t.
Phew, okay good! The idea when attacking Marcel is to tire him physically/emotionally. After a certain point his reflexes stop working and he just swings blindly at stuff XD
She seems quite stiff and….. maybe harsh, in a weird kind o…

Barnes isn’t overpowered… She literally doesn’t have any powers and she gets hurt all the time in fights.
Apparently Marcel is tired of fighting and would rather go to the school prom?
He’s not tired of fighting, he was just badly hurt and needs a minute. I must admit I wasn’t expecting him to be healed right away, that was…[Read more]

whaley replied to the topic I'd like some thoughts on this scene in the forum Novel Critique Requests 1 month ago
It’s good! It gives a very clear picture of what’s happening, and how guilty Nahim is, while also confirming that the author knows it isn’t Nahim’s fault. Gives a clear picture of how his mindset needs to change.

Also Barnes doesn’t have to be there all the time, and she can’t be in two places at once so she won’t eliminate all the fighting opportunities in the story. I just felt like there could be some adult character to balance out all the chaos whenever we need her.
