Ooof. I have way too many MCs. I’ll just pick my more current WIPs and forget about the back burners.
From Gold Eyes: The Wolves’ Tale I originally wrote Zlati and Vulka because I wanted to have twin characters who were copy-paste nor polar opposites–in other words, normal fraternal twins with full personalities and real twin dynamics (later in…[Read more]

I’m glad you people like cranberry sauce. It’s fun to make.
Still don’t get why people eat it though. And on turkey no less. *gags* -

Lucille
Lucy did not run without the Protector. She grabbed his arm and yanked him forward, pointing. “No – Th-that way!”
The tower had an opening at the base – a scuffed metal lid. She hadn’t noticed it before and now it was far from them both. But the crows’ shadows grew around them and the Protector surely couldn’t fight them off. He…[Read more]

Why did you choose to write about your main character?
This is as complicated as it sounds! Characters are multi-faceted and ever-changing, so when faced with this question, it might be hard to answer. Do you write about them because you relate to them, carry a message through them, or simply enjoy their unique existence? It’s different for…[Read more]

It’s painful to read, but thanks I guess.
It’s not painful to read. You describe things clearly, there are varied sentence lengths, and you suggest emotion at sprinkled points through the sections. You also don’t harp on descriptions, which is something I struggle with.

So, I’m not joining back in, but I am avidly stalking, and the Seven Minutes phrase sparked this scene to mind (don’t know how) so you can blame that for this weirdness. Enjoy.
LeQroi
Seven minutes until dinner. The Master chef stood in the center of the kitchen, white leather boots glued in place. Literally. His glare…[Read more]

Aw man… If it’s any consolation to you, I enjoy reading your rps! You’re doing a great job and if you’re frustrated with something, whatever it is, usually that means you’re getting better.
Lucille
Lucy tumbled over the crow’s back and landed on the ground. The crow’s focus shifted and it instantly chose to stride toward her.
There w…[Read more]

@koshka Yeah, that’s true.
I take the revived headcanon too because I like that ending a lot better, but I could see why one might not share that view.

**SPOILER DISCUSSED THROUGHOUT POST**
Hmm…I guess they could do what the book does with that spot pic of the First Well at the end. As if they’re saying “see, they found the well. Everything is going to be okay.” And then have Andrew Peterson come on and explain a bit. Or just end it with a couple flashbacks and have Janner’s Lay…[Read more]

Huntress/Sniper/Soldier
“Yes. Good idea. He was at the entrance of the labyrinth. I think he might be the one who brought us here. As for where he is…” Felicity thought for a second before speaking up again. “Do you know how to trap rabbits?”
“I’ve never done it before, but it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out.” I said.
“C…[Read more]

I personally think it’s kinda confusing. His death being undone kinda messes with the fact that the last thing he did was protect his brother, and will it do anything to the Anneiran ex-fangs? But at the same time, how will Kalmar ever be able to get into the Fane of Fire without his Throne Warden? (Artham could help I guess, but I don’t know if…[Read more]

It’s beautiful to hear how you’ve found joy, Sara. I’m thankful you’ve found peace in this.
Jesus has really felt everything your family is going through. It’s not just that he understands it, he went through it – he cried and suffered and wished for the pain to disappear.
And now, in heaven, Jesus knows the best remedy to…[Read more]

@savannah_grace2009 I am so, so sorry you had to go through this. But at the same time, I’m extremely glad that it strengthened your faith like that. You’re right–there is no cancer in heaven, and she is perfectly healed! That’s something to be happy about!
I will continue to pray for your family.
