@Emily @Shannon and the list groweth ever longer… 😀 I’m never gonna be able to keep track of them all. 😛 You guys are gonna hafta help me by remembering your own names, okay?
@Ethryndal you practically do… *coughs**looks at @Emma-Flournoy* *coughs again* Besides. You can’t tell my characters how to live their lives.

@Emily I’m unnecessarily hard on myself and use photoshop. 😛
@Shannon thank you! You hadn’t mentioned that, but… I can put you on the list, if you like. 🙂 And no, I love that movie. One of the most quotable movies of all time. 😛
@Mariposa mmm… more like a lonely villain. 😉 Thank you though. 😀@Daeus it’s… um… for the eleventh book.

@kate-flournoy Why?!?! You’re such a horrible person.
Actually, that sounds like it could be really good. Still evil, but good. 🙂 And that picture of the guy in the bottom right corner is perfect. I want to read about him now. 😀

Okay guys I made another one. You people are positively a bad influence.

Yes, it’s another antagonist. I won’t say villain because he isn’t quite, but he comes pretty close. His name is Nisien and he’s basically immortal.
@Dragon-Snapper @Emily @Shannon @Ingridrd @GracieGirl
@Daeus, this is Harold and Arianwen’s son. *hides under the table*

@dragon-snapper Well, I always recommend knowing your end from the beginning. But, of course, we have to deal with the situation as it is.
I think this is the simplest way to approach the issue. What lessons do your characters learn in the first two books and what would it look like if that lesson had to be learned on a national scale? Once…[Read more]

@emily-d @dragon-snapper I think Scrivner is great if you like to keep yourself organized. If throwing down a bullet point outline is organized enough for you, I don’t think you’ll need Scrivner. However, I know Scrivner has a lot of features and I don’t know about a lot of them. It was definitely designed just for writers. I do think Scrivner is…[Read more]

@salome01w4g
Yeah, I know. I was just theorising. 😉According to this chart, though, Rey is 19.

Louise Fowler replied to the topic The Last Jedi in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 6 months ago
@salome01w4g Yeah, Vader died before Rey was even born.
It’s 32 years between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens (release-wise), so assuming they’re in “real time” (the time that passed between “events” is also 32 years) and the actors’ ages are the characters’ ages, that means Rey was only 23 in TFA. That’s almost 10 years’ difference, so…[Read more]

@belegteleri Yup. I have no idea what I’m doing. XD I think it’s more a sci-fi fantasy, because there is technology, but the characters come across races that (some) are more like fantastical creatures than “traditional” aliens. I don’t know how to explain it. 😛 I’ve wanted to write a sci-fi for a while, just the right idea never came…[Read more]

@jadamae Processing via thoughts on paper. Glad I’m not the only one 🙂 Quote books are so fun! Once you do start one, you’ll have fun and love it!

@Shannon Hand cramps are the worst! I’m so thankful for computers! Otherwise I would never be a writer. My hand would probably fall off. :p You could start journaling with a keyboard. (I know, I know… not the same as actual paper.) But you can always print them out and bind them together so it’s actual paper.
