@faithdk: Yeah, seems like it! So how many goats and chickens do you have? We’ve had chickens for quite a while now, but just this year we decided to try raising sheep. It’s been interesting…(we have no idea what we’re doing 😛 )

The first one made me shudder. The last one was pure inspiration.

@Daeus

@faithdk, Cool! I paint with acrylics and watercolors most often, but I’ve done oil once before, too. 🙂
Oh, you raise goats? That’s so neat! I live on a small farm, as well. 😉

Hello, Faith! It’s nice to meet you. 🙂
Awesome, I love painting, too! What’s your favorite medium?

Welcome, Faith! I like sketching too, only I don’t think my ambitions have ever been quite up to the level of the second Mona Lisa! 😛

Hi, @lightningmouse! Welcome to KP. 🙂 I like reading stuff, too. What are your favorite books?

Deal.

Yeah, I was going to say, last time I checked dead people couldn’t type. 😉

Wellllllll… I’ll cut you a deal @Daeus. I don’t like eating them, but I do like making them. Fair?

Welcome to the forum, @lightningmouse! We’re an odd assortment of strange objects and creatures and people here at KP, but I do believe you’re the first Stormtrooper to join our ranks! 😉

What kind of clothes do they wear? @daeus They sound really nice. I kinda feel like I wouldn’t mind meeting one. 😀

They do sound quite cute @Daeus. 😉 😀 Especially the part about the small noses. 😛

Oh wow @Daeus… Teedletiden? They sound… cute. Are they? Are they cute?
For some reason the name reminds me of C. S. Lewis’s pfifiltriggi in ‘Out of the Silent Planet’. 😛

*stares at screen, slowly turns color of guacamole* Chocolate… covered… ozone? Please… tell me you did not just say that.

And good luck with the maps @Daeus— and the fantasy itself, of course! 🙂 It takes a bit to get used to writing fantasy after having done mostly historical fiction, (it happened to me) but once you get the feel for it…[Read more]

Tectonic plates, @Daeus, to be precise. 😛 😉 And no, sorry— no steak. 😉

Yeah, I’m studying weather right now in my science @Daeus, so it’s been on the brain a lot lately. 😛 It’s perfectly fine if you’re world doesn’t even have weather patterns at all— it’s just our weather affects our world so much (Cape Horn, for instance, and that’s just one example) it seems like it would be realistic to have important weather…[Read more]
