@keilah-h Thanks! It’s a newish WIP that my sister and I came up with last year (she says like that was so long ago. XD). It doesn’t have a title yet, but it’s currently Project Crowns.

@Ellette-Giselle Okay, so it’s not the first chapter yet (that’s not moving on for some reason) but I wrote the Prologue to the WIP I was talking about.
Prologue
A secret is a terrible thing.
Aliena let the door fall closed behind her with a weary thud.
“Your wife is resting, my lord. You have a beautiful son.”
The man sat down on the edge of…

Aha! I just finished counting up, and I have 15 snowballs. That’s 750 words. I wrote over 650 words today for CWW, so I now have 2 more snowballs to fill, and 26 snowballs to throw.
*Cackles*

Okay, finally getting around to answering…
Ok so a question about this one…I sort of agree, but what if it’s miscommunication? Like they talk it through but misunderstand each other and that’s where some of the conflict stems from. Does that bother you as much or would that make more sense?
I…really don’t like communication probl…[Read more]

Oh….you got me. *Falls face first into the snow*
Poor Dale. He so confused. *Pops up to offer him tea and cookies*
Also…does anybody know how many snowballs I have to write for? I’ve lost count.

I… Just had to look up what grade 16 is in. I’ve been in college too long. XD (definitely that and not the Homeschool Brain showing. definitely) It doesn’t help that Viktor is 14 in his book.
Viktor
Lois? Lois. Did he know a Lois?
“I don’t think so. I haven’t been here long. Just moved here. My cousin Reúven has come…[Read more]

Just moving my folks. We watched a documentary on Europe and now I need to cope. XD
Liora (street crossing near the school)
Evening was coming and with it an abundance of artificial starlight. Liora followed Reúven into a circle of yellow streetlight comfort. There was a patch of grass beside the light and she could hear crickets starting up a…[Read more]

That was a valid idea, one he’d happily get behind if they could figure out a way. It might save them from another relocation.
“I don’t know, but I’m not experienced in convincing. Just disappearing and mechanics. If we could…” He glanced at Rory. Silvia was right. The boy did look like he’d seen a bit too…[Read more]

Leo
He felt his teeth grit. He sighed.
“I… don’t know the name. Rory’s home, if you can call it that. It’s the government. Rory was one of their…soldiers, and I might have interfered with their…methods of administration. Which I’m not sorry for. They decided to mess with my siblings for some unexplainable…[Read more]

Ah nougat. Been a while since I had that lovely sweet fluff. Or, kind of fluff.
Leo
Filing papers. Long hours with nothing but a dim lightbulb and the musty smell of ink and paper. Leo gave the poor woman a small smile.
He hoped the necklace wasn’t sticky.
“I’ve noticed the school inattention.” Used that…[Read more]

Oof. Lucille has my sympathies. (I’m going to enjoy calling her that.) Filing stuff stinks. As does doing a job on your own.
Mmm… Nougat.

- Senseless miscommunication. (Need clarification?)
- Senseless offences (how dare she buy her favorite ice cream with her birthday money? Or how dare he not tell me he was a secret agent! Like what did you expect him to do? I get it if this isn’t cleared up until late in an…
