(also…..LOL the bit about the phone dying, that’s a trope in EVERY story where you have a leader who has to communicate with your characters from a distance)
I know! 😀
there was literally a seen when Phil’s brother Andy was like, “Hang on Phil, before we don ANYTHING check your battery.”

Yeah, completely. I just can’t stand the hidden message of kids know best in just about every adventure movie or book. And Box car kids and Hardyboys literally got chucked across the room because I was SICK of the kids know everything.
There is a series, The Baker Family Adventures, that is a breath of fresh air!! It’s about a…[Read more]

I’m glad you liked it! Yeah, it is sad. Poor Edwin. and poor Turin of course. Poor Sabina too!
And the “feeling like he’s a failure, stemming from pride” actually makes a weird amount of sense.
I know right?

Yup. Sure is, and the funny thing is, if you told him he was being prideful he’d look at you like you were crazy. He thinks that he’s a failure at the moment, and he’s not realizing that this stems from his pride.

This is a realistic reaction from Aaron. He sees himself as a failure and has suddenly had more responsibility shoved on to him than he thought he would get. He does not feel ready and hides, lest he bring down others with him.
Yes! And, (spoiler kinda) he’s unintentionally beginning to see himself as Ardenta’s savior which is…[Read more]

but she will refuse to read anything I write until I improve my grammar.
Do I know what that’s like or what! lol.
I can’t say to much about this at the moment, but for now, know that this is nec for the story.
Ok…… I trust you.
Maybe.

Suspicion: Alan’s father can control himself because he’s actually one of the Faithful. (Just a thought.)
Oh dear…… man…… I don’t know what to say. I mean, the grammar in there…… well some of it’s a little painful. lolol. I think I’m dso sensitive because I am bad at grammar so I’m always…[Read more]

This is great! You gave me a good picture here! That scene with Simon on the water and Eden in the water were my absolute favorite!! OH MY GOODNESS! They were amazing! With all the help I have gotten here and on my WIP I must say that if Aaron does not turn out there perfect character it’s because can’t write. lol.
Thank you…[Read more]

Oh wow, this is so helpful! Thanks so much!
(I’m curious what scene y’all read. The full battle scene, or the aftermath one? Or both?)
I will tell you it feels like it’s a real guy, and it feels like real war, and I think what you had him do so far is what a guy would do
That’s a relief! Just getting you to s…[Read more]

ok, his hair length. It’s not going to be like Aragorn because Friedrich has lived in the palace his whole life. His a strong guy though, and kinda doesn’t like all the fancy stuff. (His servants have quite a time forcing him into royal uniform. lol. His hair would be neatly cut, and a little on the shorter side, (about chin…[Read more]

‘Teenagers’ (by Andy Gullahorn) is genuinely one of the funniest songs I’ve ever heard. And the way he sings it, he sounds so serious, it just cracks me up XD

But Turin and Edwin died.
I’m just telling the story.
lol.
We’re a good two-thirds (?) through.
I’m not gonna change what happened to them. That would change the whole story!
I’ll look back and try to add some fun scenes with Turin and Aaron…. if I can find an appropriate place.
Glad he’s reacting well.
I like how all his…

I definitely have difficulty writing guys. They seem like a completely different species and I struggle to get in their heads. Probably because my brothers and their friends are so weird.😂

No for real though 😂 It’s like one of those YouTube shorts… “We’re Christian girls, of course we listen to Leanna Crawford.”
YES I HAVEN’T HEARD THAT BUT IT’S PERFECTTTT
*in the process of binge-listening to all of her music*
Hey Sara! I just found out you sent me the link and now it says it’s expired. Can you send a new one? Sorry i havent been active. Life’s been a bit busy 🙂
Sureeeee! https://pin.it/3TRCC1CBz
Let me know if it doesn’t work!!!!
It’s okay! I’ve been busy too!
The only reason I’ve heard of her is Brio magazine. I’ve never actually heard any of her music.😂
Haha! I love that magazine (even though I’ve only read one issue XD)
YOU HAVE TO! My favorites are: Honest, Simple, Prince Charming, Work In Progress, Still Waters, Photoshop, Write About It, Uncool, and Crazy Beautiful You!
Yes, Brio is awesome! I haven’t been listening to much music on my own lately. Our headphones broke.😢 And I haven’t felt like battling my sibling for the house phone. I’ll listen to her soon though. School is starting, and we’ll need more headphones.😅
I should subscribe to it! (my birthday’s coming up…I should ask for that as a gift!!)
Ohhh haha! that’s funny XD XD
