Then you stop…and say, “Oh wait, he doesn’t exist.”

@notawriter Thanks for taking the time to answer! I totally agree with everything you just said. I definitely don’t want the superpowers to become cliche, but it’s hard to come up with new powers. @ingridrd I like Devan too, but can I cast my vote for Arian? It isn’t a name you hear a lot, but it’s not hard to pronounce or spell which is nice.

@rochellaine I also like Devan a lot.  Thanks for the input.  (Oh, and Larik is a great name, by the way, @daughteroftheking, but I don’t feel like it suits my character. 😉 )
