@dragon-snapper You used the KJV (blue letter bible), which is not the most literal translation of the Bible and makes several extrapolations from the actual text. I would recommend The Message Bible as it is far more literal.

@epicaddie2 Yes, I won’t know what hit me because your strikes are so weak that they produce no measurable effect on…[Read more]

Heheh, well, here comes a belated ‘Aiya’ from over here! Oooh, sounds like ye write some interesting things… *squints* are you on Wattpad, or just know about it and are looking for a safer place?
Also, just to find out a tad about you, what is the purpose of your existence here on Earth?
Anyways, welcome to KP @xonos-darkgrate

@kballen Aiya! You have definitely found the write place to be around writers! 😛 @daeus would probably know because he loves chocolate *shudders*… just a guess…
Myers-Briggs is a personality thing. https://www.16personalities.com/ It is what I personally use to help form realistica characters, but is accurate on 3 dimensional people as well.…[Read more]

@kballen Because you wouldn’t dare not like chocolate. 😉

Myers Briggs is an excellent theory on personality types that divides people into 16 different archetypes and defines how their brain works and how they generally act. You can take a free test to determine your type here: https://www.16personalities.com

What even is Aetherlight, anyway? @aislinn-mollisong @xonos-darkgrate

Hey, Xonos! I’ve been on Aetherlight all day, and I just now remembered, “Hey! Xonos joined KP today!”

HOW DID I MISS THIS?!??!?!?!

And thank you, @Daughteroftheking for not pouncing on him. He might have Blaze-caned you.

If you guys like Xonos’ work, you should check out Aetherlight Origins!! It is…*searches for right words* I can’t think…[Read more]

Hi @kballen! You’ve found the Kingdom of Pen. We’ll have to give you a cloak and a bar of chocolate.

Btw, do you happen to know your Myers Briggs type?

Welcome to the site @kballen! Glad you found us through YWW. 🙂 We love the work that Brett and Jaquelle are doing over there. Are you working on writing any stories currently? If so, what’s the story premise?

Fair enough. In my own defense, I do read the Bible, I’ve just chosen to guard my own heart against the “evil” in the Harry Potter books and enjoy it as a story instead. That’s how it was meant to be taken, after all.

@xonos-darkgrate

Oh, definitely Percy. @epicaddie2 His character is just…awesome. That’s all there is to it. Percy Jackson is a great character.

Yep, that’s exactly what she means. @xonos-darkgrate

It’s funny you mention the argument behind not reading Harry Potter, because this is where my mother stood, up until the moment when I told her that I felt I was strong enough in my faith to not be effected in any way by reading about such witchcraft and magic. It took several conversations,…[Read more]

@xonos-darkgrate awesome! INTJs and INTPs both are so cool. 😀 I’m an INFP myself.

@emma-flournoy It hasn’t changed very much. Mostly it’s just been clearing up confusing parts and improving the prose.

@Daeus Ohh…well. *scratches head* Well, do you think I should read it again for that? I don’t know if I have enough tiiiiiiime at the moment…but… Do you think it’s changed significantly enough that I’d need to see it again to give an accurate review? I know that would be the best thing, but if it isn’t changed a whole lot… I dunno. What do…[Read more]

@xonos-darkgrate That is so cool. INTJs are one of the neatest types. We have several on here, though only female as far as I know. Which are you? For some reason I thought you were a guy, but I don’t know.
And I identify with getting more than one result. 😛 I’ve gotten several different results, and with a lot of reading and thinking it over…[Read more]

@emma-flournoy If you want to leave a review based on the version you got, that is fine. However, if you feel that you should read the most recent version first, then you can go ahead and sign up using the first link.

@Amy-l-klob Welcome, welcome, and thrice welcome!

@kballen Welcome to KP! I’m sure it will help you improve your writing. 🙂 How long have you been a writer?

@Daeus to leave a review then, should I go sign up in the first link now? Or am I waiting till it’s closer to your release date, since I’ve already read it, or, what. 😀

@Warrioroftherealm I looooooovvvvve polictical intrigue, and everything Kate said and more. AS LONG as it’s character-driven, because if not then it turns more into uninteresting info-dumps like Snapper hates. And I don’t like ’em either.
