@kaya-young cool! I like painting with watercolor, though I guess you would mean oil or acrylic. I want to try oil out sometime, but it is most laborious compared to acrylic, and I don’t have any supplies for it.
What do you like to paint? I’m not much good at still-life, landscapes, etc, but I do enjoy cartoon people.

@rochellaine Looks good to me 🙂 As with the calendar part, I don’t mind it so much at first as it also causes him to elaborate more on his past, which is interesting. But when he says that he didnt know it was important at first, it feels a little out of place for some reason.

@that_writer_girl_99 What type of clothing would Everett wear? Any hints would help, thanks 🙂

@kaya-young Welcome! I’m 15 years of age, too. And homeschooled(surprise!) I’m an artsty person too, what kind of crafts do you enjoy? And what music do you like? I’m a huge fan of all things Adam Young and also love the earlier Owl City projects.

Welcome to the forum, @aviantrail ! I’ve always wanted to keep fish. I’m homeschooled as well, though I am only on my first writing project.  My myers-briggs is INFJ. I’ve heard of the warrior cats series before and at one point i was going to read it, though I have not.

@rochellaine I actually like the more edited version from google docs a lot better. I think the paragraph breaks helped a lot, and the entire thing seems to flow nicer when I imagine him speaking to me. The note near the end asking about if the dialogue  feels jerky, it doesn’t. I barely even noticed the switch.

But to be honest, I found it to be a little too wordy for me? Like it didn’t really get to the point fast. Maybe thats more of a formatting issue? I’m not sure. But that might have been on purpose, I suppose. It felt it could use a little more sensual or visual information given…[Read more]

@sage-g Thank you! I used markers. Who knew markers and watercolors looked so similar, anyway? Well, not like it’s a first or anything :p
