Sorry about the empty reply if you’ve received it. It was an accident on my part.

Hi, Kathleen,
I want to say that the main thing that made The Kingdom Series one of my favorite books is the Prince, the King’s Son. I can’t say that I’ve read all the books, but I did read Kingdom’s Reign. I’ve tried reading Kingdom’s Dawn and Kingdom’s Hope, but I haven’t gotten through the whole books. I did listen to the audiobook (dr…[Read more]

@kathleenramm Hmmm…*immediately forgets everything I’ve ever done, ever*
I suddenly want to know a lot more about that villain of yours.
Hmm…I’m gonna take quirks to mean “not bad things”. I have one character that’s always barefoot, another who constantly wears a white baseball cap, and another who always orders a beer but gets a root beer…[Read more]

Hello, this is Jaydyn Gray.
I want to be a writer, especially one that writes for Christ and gives messages through the stories. What I’d like to write is stories involved with genres, including Christian allegory/symbolism, fantasy, adventure, mystery, and maybe even horror (if possible; and I’ll need to find out how I can put horror in a…[Read more]

@selah-chelyah Ah, thank you!Â
Even though I have no idea what you just agreed to haha@leon-fleming When Eleven talks to people, he comes off as a bit rude because he generally brings up things that he couldn’t have known about. He never introduces himself, and switches randomly from topic to topic. And I’m afraid he’s more on the average side…[Read more]

Lin replied to the topic What was the very last scene you wrote? How did it go? in the forum Topic of the Week 5 years, 8 months ago
@leon-fleming Oh hey, you’re back! Nice to see your presence.
Thanks for the tips; I generally stay away from caffeinated things because it does things to my blood, but I’ll keep that in mind. And I recently put Gone With the Wind, The Brothers Karamazov, and The Chosen on hold at my library, so I’m stocked up for the next few weeks or month, th…[Read more]

@leon-fleming As someone who has at least 300 characters from different stories all over, this is a very hard question. 🙂
I suppose I’ll go by story here. Maybe. Or at least sift through the slightly developed ones.
(Half your tags are missing, which leads me to believe that you are tagging nonexistent people. XD)
There’s my central character…[Read more]

@kathleenramm Yep! The next story is going to be kind of a prequel to this one, but it happens in a small seaside town in a summer where a strange cafe appears, along with some extremely strange people. Totally relaxing. Totally not going to have mysterious disappearances 🙂

Lin replied to the topic Poem Needs Feedback in the forum Poetry Critiques 5 years, 8 months ago
@gracie-j It’s been literal years since I last wrote poetry. I like this a lot! Though might I add a few suggestions?
-Line 4 could use another syllable
– “Slowly lifted up her head” I feel like you could add a ‘she’ before this
And other than that, nothing much. Good job!

@gracie-j Ahaha good for you! I’m hoping this bout of unmotivation will pass soon; I remember two years ago when I finished NaNo I didn’t write anything for four months straight because I was exhausted. But hopefully this will be short.

@kathleenramm The last scene I finished? Or the last scene I worked on?
Well, they both were pretty similar, so…
Last I wrote was about fifteen minutes ago, but I’ll go with the one before that. Mainly a couple of characters are trying to go around the area putting up seals so that they can trap the villain…mainly just traveling around and…[Read more]

@jbb I suppose I am knowledgeable about Asian culture, specifically Chinese culture. If you need help on names or something do tag me, because one thing that annoys me extremely is when I read a book and the names are unreadable.
I guess you could also tag me for music and math. Don’t ask me about too advanced math, though.
Oh, and I also have a…[Read more]

@emberlynn Ah, I see. Well, I’m not exactly sure what kind of content you would be sensitive to, haha, because Ghibli is essentially the Disney of Japan. I myself tend to lean towards seinen anime (for older males) because of the plot and stuff, but I also enjoy shoujo anime (for younger girls). In the latter category I would recommend Your lie in…[Read more]
