@corissa-maiden-of-praise Well done. I admire your self control. *takes one ice cream too*

@rolena-hatfield My story is about a ten year old German girl who is in England at the start of WWI.

@Aratrea if it isn’t too late, do all three of you know your MBTI type, and if so, what is it?

The Snalgli? *shudders* Ugh. I’d tried to forget those, @Sierra-R. Thanks a lot. 😛

Great points about Paolini’s weak worldview. I agree. Which is really sad, because a strong theme could really have made that series several LAYERS of more awesomeness. I basically had to look to the supporting characters for applicable life-lessons, and even…[Read more]

@Corissa-Maiden-of-Praise congratulations! Welcome to the crazy world of psychological genius! 😀
@Dragon-Snapper I agree with @Emma-Flournoy. One hundred percent. 😉 Also, one of the reasons I love fantasy as a writer is because it takes us so completely out of our reality that the truth of reality can be portrayed through it and be as fresh and…[Read more]

Giant carnivorous snails?

Ok, new favorite characters even though I haven’t met them yet. The idea just tickles me.

As a reader, I generally prefer historical fiction, but I still really like fantasy.

As a writer, though I find that I like almost all genres, what I really love about fantasy and that is the one reason I will probably write more of it than some other genres is that I don’t have to stick to facts. The only thing that is important in fantasy is a…[Read more]

YAY! You’re back!!! Glad to have you on the forum again. 🙂 🙂 🙂

@writefury The bestistet place reciprocates.

Heyyyyy, look who’s here guys!! @Writefury I daresay no one’s forgotten you who was on here before, though there are a few newbies. 😉 So great to have you here again.
Hi Wolfgang. Don’t let anything she does to you get you down. It’ll be fine in the end, I’m sure.
At least… I think I’m sure. 😛

@Sierra-r Any thoughts on this? I think you’ve read ’em.

*refrains from pointing out that you couldn’t have said ‘goodnight’ if you were gagged*

6,097 words total at the moment. I managed to write 3633 words today so I’m pretty please with that.
Thanks for the encouragement @rolena-hatfield 🙂

@overcomer I got 2550 words written. I’m very pleased with that and I love where my story is heading. Thanks for writing with me. 🙂 Normally I don’t get to write with anyone on Wednesdays as I am out in (my) morning.

@overcomer Are you still writing?

*gags himself* Goodnight.

*folds hands in lap**subsides demurely*

@kate-flournoy No. I evaded the subject and yet still struck it from a different angle.

And you can stop yelling. Mark Kamibaya is very sensative to it.
