I’ve gotten another surge of collage inspiration y’all! (And I also wanna try out a new, shorter technique for posting pics to see if I can’t make life a smidge easier for myself. 😛 )Here’s yet another for my darlin’ Evaleen.
And I’d also like to introduce you to the cast from my latest story idea which I’ve codenamed: Seasons of the…[Read more]

Gracie replied to the topic Taking Breaks from Unfinished Books in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 2 months ago
@Ethryndal I think you’ve gotten the point by now: DO IT. 😛
I am actually in the middle of a break right now and, yes, it’s a little terrifying because, whoa, I haven’t taken a break from outlining in like, forever. XD But it is super freeing to start a new idea where you don’t have boundaries like you said. And I also am…[Read more]

@Mariposa Good luck with the article! <3
Eww, yeah, I didn’t care much for The Good Dinosaur either. XD The animation was amazing but the story….not so much?
Inside Out and Up are some of my favorites too! But I haven’t seen Up in soooo long. *cries* My list of movies I need to rewatch has grown exponentially this past week it seems. 😛 And I…[Read more] -

@Daeus So far I agree with the general crowd. Those first three, eh…..not really feeling it.
However, The Man Who Came Back….
I hear an echo of that geeky squeal I give when something in a story is totally awesome.
(In comprehensible English: what Kate said. That’s more like it. I don’t think that one necessarily though.) 😛

@Aislinn-Mollisong Yeah, it takes a few tries at the test to figure out your type. I actually prefer to just read the descriptions of each type and decide for myself, but that takes a lot of time. XD
@Dragon-Snapper *swishes cloak and cackles evilly* YESSSS. WE HAVE THE DRAGONSES SURROUNDED, PRECIOUS. YES, YEEESSSSSS.

@Mariposa Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you on this!
I’m probably biased as well, but I think self-teaching is the way to go too. XD
Yes, I think an inspirational article like you mentioned is a great idea. 😀 And I love to read it when it’s finished! (Totally up to you though, of course. 😉 )AGH, I LOVE RATATOUILLE!! That’s like…[Read more]

@Aislinn-Mollisong Oh, I’m soooo glad you asked. 😀 Most of us here are….mildly….obsessed with MBTI. Mildly. 😛
Actually, I am short on time so I’ll just have to give you the basics. But for a more detailed explanation, you can check out this thread. Near the bottom of the 3rd page, @Kate-Flournoy gives an excellent rundown on the meaning…[Read more]

@alia sure thing. 🙂
Hey guys, I know she put in a request a page or two ago, but I wanted to kinda retirate it anyway. Continued prayers for Elizabeth’s family would be so appreciated! Her home is still without power from the storm. I know that I’d be super stressed by this point, so prayers for her and her family that they’ll stay strong and…[Read more]

Gracie replied to the topic I have this intriguing story – but it needs twists in the forum Novel Idea Critiques 7 years, 2 months ago
@JosiahDeBoer I’m gonna be 100% honest here that I am drawing a blank. XD I honestly am not sure how you can get more plot-twisty than what you already have because, um, wow. That is a big twist there at the end. One thing to consider is that since it’s only about the length of a novella there is a bit of a tighter limit on how many plot twists…[Read more]
