so Marcel likes making, like, origami fractals??
That’s the word I was looking for, a fractal!
Eddie and Ellie are the origami gurus in the echool (they make a ton of stuff I think), Marcel just does it for the symmetry.

Grossly misrepresented, grossly feministic, and mentions awkward stuff (At least for a guy who’s now old enough to understands to read/hear)
That’s coming from a dude who listened to the series as a kid (When you have three sisters you get introduces to some interesting books.) and enjoyed them! Then years later I decided to go back through and…[Read more]

Once under a time, in a land close close to Spain there lived a small brown monkey. 🐒
This monkey lives in a cave at the tippy toppy of the middle most mountain of five, and he loved to do his opera warm ups at 4 a.m. in the morning. 🎶
For rather obvious reason (At least to us if not to the monkey) the little itty bitty teeny tiny micro moolah…[Read more]

sorry, I’m still confused. 😖 My brain struggles with abstract stuff.
You’re fine, I’m not good at communicating right now either 😅
So it’s a geometric kinda branching design that is slightly magical, so it looks different for each person?
[Koshka] (Also, I assumed Marcel’s paper thing was some magical type of origami?)
That’ll do as an…[Read more]

I think your twins, Loops, are more likely to make fun unique animals, and for my guy he just needs an outlet for patterns. 😛 Ack now I’m talking too much

And Marcel isn’t expecting people to make something so geometrical, if that’s the term I’m looking for? Other people can make simplistic flowers. This guy is very natural with patterns because of his multi-wing thing, so he’s liable to keep adding branching patterns like a snowflake until he runs out of paper. That’s how his mind works.

I should think this through a little. There’s probably one picture with visual instructions, but it involves the entire newspaper, with marks on the edges of the actual paper as a guide.

@koshka @ellette-giselle @loopylin
Coming at ya
Marcel
“Hey.” Marcel swooped over the twins’ heads, landing toes pointed on the corner of a nearby table. He almost lost control of his own weight, and cartwheeled his arms, finally settling into a comfortable crouch. He grinned at Ellie. “I have newspaper material.”
Next to the twins, two young…[Read more]

Oh yes, I’ve heard you mention those!! Now I’m gonna have to check those out. 😉 They sound really fun!
Yeah, I thought it’d be something fun to experiment with and see if it’s something I want to spend more time on. 😊

Feel free to intro your charries and have them run into mine! They’re just kinda roaming the castle right now. I have their intro somewhere… either pg 446 or before.

No I don’t, I’m so sorry!! I wasn’t able to make the time to compile all of them. I like the one’s Loopy shared (thanks, @loopylin !!!), but this month I can work on putting together some fall prompts to do for October.

Oooh, I really like the second idea!!
Actually, I was just thinking about it today and I noticed that Miles likes to have things under his control, so it wouldn’t make sense why he would willingly give Audrey away to someone, where he has no control over what the rest of her life looks like. A kidnapping would probably make t…[Read more]

Thank you so much for your input!! You’ve given me a lot of inspiration to draw from and I loved hearing what parts of books impacted you the most when you were younger!
Write not only for their “now” but also for their “tomorrow.”

I enjoyed it!!
There were a few things that I thought weren’t as good as they could have been though. I felt like Leon became pretty repetitive for at least half of the book. Isaiah kept saying similar things to him and he kept responding the same way. It did show how bitter he had become, but I did find it redundant and n…[Read more]
