Awesommme, I’m glad that worked. For me, I want to add description in longer paragraphs because they have a softer sense of time, and you can afford to give the information in a solid chunk. And then like you said, actions and dialogue are shorter.
Not that I always follow my own thoughts! Buuut verbalizing this might help me stay consistent.

Yaayyy the Loops likey
Now I’m really curious what all the characters want their wishes to be. I think I know Dante’s maybe.
So, as it happens, I am curious too. XD I have some idea of how each character would act in a survival scenario, and everyone wants to survive, buuuuuut I don’t know what each character would wish for. I have gue…[Read more]

Awwww, so fun! (Why do your grown characters still ignite the “poor little babies” part of my brain?)
Also…what does Nikolai look like perchance? And have you done a collage for him? (If you haven’t…well now, I don’t know a whole lot about his story, but I think I’ve caught his drift)

Good. That’s what I assumed was happening.
The emotional/spiritual aspect will be addressed later.
I’m afraid I was more concerned over the emotional/psychological aspect, but I suppose that’s kinda what you meant.

You killed him. I’m more than mildly miffed at you.

I used Simublast, it was the first website I could find that didn’t take forever to load. 😌

it could be your character speaking if you want, there’s no confimation so it’s up to the reader.
Yeah totally. I saw the hat line as my own character’s line, since he has a hat, but it works for more than one character.

Crosshair also could’ve been the guy who said “No” to breakfast, although that could easily have been Alpha as well.
That person was addressed by the president as Markus Haziair

I’m leaving the dialogue up to interpretation. XD Although I have my own idea of who was speaking

Warning, everyone… this part is pretty chaotic because everyone is in the same room, trying to figure out what is going on, talking over each other. This is also the exposition part.

Now I’m even more curious. Sorry if you don’t want to answer. 😅 You said ‘need’ a lot, does that mean you would only talk about death if you need to, not at any other time?

My sisters are concerned, they’ve paused our ice cream party to pray.

Oh yeah, stress can definitely give you stomach pains, and a hard time eating. He sounds like he needs a hug. I’m glad he feels a little better <3

Praying <3
When you aren’t immediately sad about the whole thing, it might help to go to your parents and talk with them about it, even if they seem angry when you lash out.
For example, my parents can feel frustrated with my younger brother, but when he tries to explain why he had a temper explosion, they can see he isn’t…[Read more]

Oh, that’s an interesting perspective I’ve never heard before. So you wouldn’t write about death in any circumstance because it might offend people?
But I have done enough things in my life that tell others that I’m not a Christian, I don’t need to add to the list.
This comment above ^ Do you find it unlikable to talk/write about death?

One day, I hope to fly a million miles away. Where painful memories are far away, and the fresh beach breeze covers my dry skin. The sea would lap over me, tugging at my hair, and perhaps I would feel at home. The strangeness of my new world would comfort me from the horrors of the one past. I’d bring you with me if I could, but I’m not sure you…[Read more]

Discussion question. What is the difference between a protagonist and a hero? What qualities do you like to see in a protagonist, and do you prefer them to be a ‘hero’ or nay?
I’mma throwing this out there because I like reading people’s responses. 🙂
