I’ve heard a lot of people (in videos on novel writing) say that you shouldn’t start with your character waking up to start their morning.

What??? I’ve always found it funny when characters do that. Especially in movies. I guess it’s different there since you’re seeing it, but I don’t think it’s be that bad in a book.

Yeah, I see your point. It’s kinda all throughout Marvel, and you just have to decide when it goes too far for you.

Ok, that makes more sense. I was gonna ask, what frame of reference does it stop in motion, so the infinite inertia idea does kinda help. I’ll still have to ponder on how that works on the temporal aspect though.

Interesting! I love the high contrast magic systems. Giving me Star Wars vibes actually with the light side and dark side users, and grey Jedi. Question on the positive temporal pulse. What does it mean for the object to be frozen in time, and therefore unmovable?

(I’ve rewritten the beginning of my main WIP so many times. 🤣)

It’s weird, because it’s less of an “Oh, I’d marry this character if I could” kind of a thing, and more of a just “Wow. He’s awesome.” kind of a thing. I’m strange like that, idk.

TBH I see Nat and Hulk kinda being like Owen and Blue in Jurassic World…..? Like, it’s more like he’s an animal, and she’s the only one who can tame him. It works much better than an relationship scenario.

Yeah I think It’s too much for me lol, also because I think she is based off of some peagen thing… yeah a little outside my comfort zone.
