@ethryndal I would avoid using The Rogue Sword, mainly because a movie just came out called Rogue One. AND DONT TELL ME ANYTHING! I HAVENT SEEN IT YET! *melts chair just so you all get the point*:P
Anyway…the Dimwood one seems to be pretty long, so I’d go with your first, the Silver Flame. (not spark, because a spark is passing. It’s there, and…[Read more] -

@Ethryndal I like the Dimwood ones, both Spark and Flame… maybe the bad guys could call him spark in a derogatory way, and the good guys could call him flame because to them he is the flame?
Love all the character development and symbolism you’re incorporating here, btw. 😉

@ethryndal I’d think that could a good way to form his name. How about:
The Flame of Dimwood
The Falcon of Dimwood -

@ethryndal Ah? Style block? I don’t know what it is, but I’m glad it’s passing. I have a lot of writing dares to do…so you’ll be seeing more. 😛

@Ethryndal, “colfox” is a word found in Chaucer for a fox with black-tipped fur (they’re quite handsome).

@Ethryndal Is there a special area he stays in most of the time like Robin’s Sherwood forest?

@ethryndal What about The Marsh Fox? That…..doesn’t look as good as it sounded in my head, actually. Oh well.

Write about a shy protagonist who really likes cake but is afraid to tell his family because they are all extremely vegan.
@Winter-Rose that would be so cute!
And @Ethryndal, the extrovert who’s invisible— 😀 XD 😀
@Dragon-Snapper what about a school for dragons—it’d have dragon youngsters and courses on all things dragon, and dragon teacher…[Read more]

@Ethryndal Late to the party, but @Christi-Eaton‘s right about his name. 🙂
I’m starting to consider Rodyn having several different titles. Like, to the common people, his name would be something that reflects a spark of hope, even though they don’t really know who he is. The villains refer to him as something of a nuisance or a threat. And the…

I’m Ravenclaw. 🙂 I took the test on Pottermore (the best one out there; you can also find out your wand type and your Patronus). 😉
The movies are very, VERY well done, but, of course, the books are better (movies never can beat books, though they’ve tried many times and even come close). 😀
Oh, that’s cool you draw your…[Read more] -
