@winter-rose Well, the really awesome thing is that even when you aren’t ready for whatever is thrown in your path, when I look back, what strikes me is not how hard it was but how faithful God was during those times. 🙂 While it may be tough, the moments I’ve felt closest to God have come during those times, which is a humbling but encouraging…[Read more]

@emma-flournoy @graciegirl Hey, I don’t hate math either! I actually like it a small bit, it’s just the two hrs a day it took me that I didn’t like. *frazzled face*
I actually quit math my last year of high school. One of the best decisions I ever made.

@anne-of-lothlorien Ah. 🙁 Miscarriage is really hard. I can only imagine how much harder it is when you’ve been wanting kids for a while. Sorry to hear that, and I’m praying that God sustains her and the whole family during this time.

@ethryndal Very cool. Although… *coughs* I’m going to college for a degree in creative writing, so…there are options.
Lol, on another subject, they’re playing the second lord of the rings movie on TV right now and I just thought of you!@kate-flournoy Kate, sweetheart, I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works…

@that_writer_girl_99 Eh, a number of things really. One of which being… *glances furtively around and lowers voice* I don’t really want to. It’s shocking, I know, but there it is. 🙂 And honestly, I don’t have a reason to go. I can make my way quite well without a college degree, and I know a lot of people that went to college for specific…[Read more]

What?
I don’t know what to say to that. I have so many questions, so much stuff that I don’t know about the plot yet, but maybe you’re right. I have to figure all that stuff out for myself.
So…no. No questions. Except–did Kara act out of character when she killed the Catastrophe? Was it too sudden? Weird?

And yeah, don’t worry. You still got time. @graciegirl -

Here’s the thing–Tam was taken out of the prison for hurting a guard. She broke the prison rules and was punished for it. Kara knows that, which is why, later in chapter 4 (which is still in the planning stages) she gets confused when she isn’t punished. Her view on the Warden changes when he seemingly shows mercy to her, but didn’t to Tam.…[Read more]

Well, on a website full of writers, you’re a rare treasure. A regular reader, someone who will judge the story for what it is and report and plot-holes back to us. I think that’s cool, which is why I asked ya.
But I’m happy to take a backseat until you’re free. @emma-flournoy *winks* I’ll wait.
