as mentioned before, I saw this as a sort of wood-between-the-worlds place, because everyone is coming from government/nobility, we sort of all have to have our own realms.

And what do you mean no mortal can go to the north? Who says? How do you know they can’t? have you been there? I would go there. Hey, we should go now! I know how to climb out the window and get to the ground. I just need some rope, or we could rip up the sheets and braid a rope. Have you got some food for the journey? And do you, by any chance, have your own gun? I don’t, but I want one. I do have a sword though, I’ll go get it.”
