Leo: *confusion*
(Also, this wasn’t easy to write without going on a 300 page praise break at the end. XD)

Rory’s fingers dug into his armor as much as was possible. Leo’s eyes went wide. Panic flared. There wasn’t a lot of blood, but how much could be hiding in the…[Read more]

Leo
“Leo, why did you come? There’s nothing left. I’m tired of running and I’ve got nothing else to live for.” The kid’s eyes were dull with too much pain.
Leo felt his throat seize up, but he fought it down. Combed Rory’s hair away from his sweat flushed forehead. Night was shadowing the church around them, but Leo could sti…[Read more]

Okay, why is that? Was it just because that seemed logical, or because you thought I was above killing a girl, (I’ll have you know I’m not. lololololol) or because Amelia brought up wanting a child in her letter to Sabina? If I struck that part of the letter, would you have been caught off guard?
I think it was a combination fo…[Read more]

One question I forgot in my feedback file under Worldbuilding:
Any topics you recommend I research to improve worldbuilding and make it more realistic?
Also, I somehow completely forgot to add Stripe to my list of characters I’m most eager for feedback on.

I love how you took the screenshot and turned it into your own style!
Thank you again. I would like to do this with the illustrations in the Narnia books someday.
you are definitely the best artist for the job.
Thank you again! My drawing skills are a gift from God, and while I have had to practice lot to get to…[Read more]

So, yeah. There’s my thoughts. I’m probably alone on this stance, but this is what I believe.
Well thank you for sharing them. I’m very glad you did. Sometimes I get the feeling that some of my readers think something I write is overly weird/wrong, but don’t tell me because ‘it’s just his thing’ or ‘you do you’. There was som…[Read more]

I’m aware that it is real, and I would never go to a seance or something, but this particular magic is made up, and it isn’t like occult magic. I do think that fantasy magic in general is harmless, (though most of the fantasy I read is Christian and/or middle grade so it doesn’t get that dark), though maybe not this one since it…[Read more]

WOW!!! I think that’s the best thing you have ever drawn that you’ve posted on here! WOW!!!
Thank you! It really helped that I didn’t have to come up with the pose myself.
Here is the screenshot I used as a reference:

AAH it’s Zuko!! I love Zuko so much. Well done; you translated the anime-like style of the show…

The difference with the graphic murder/adultery thing is that those are real, while Linus’ magic system is made up. Thinking about murder and adultery is different than thinking about pretend magic.

@linus-smallprint I’m between @theducktator and @ellette-giselle on this, but I can’t explain now. Gotta finish my school work first, then I’ll get back to ya.

Still working my way through your last sections. I am at the part where they just finished finding a verse for each letter in the alphabet. (That was kind of a fun game. You had me go and check the ESV for verses that start with ‘X’)
When Amelia started feeling unwell, I kind of suspected she might be pregnant.
It’s always the…[Read more]

I’ll leave Shadow and Loopy out of this since I haven’t heard from them on here for quite a while.
I am now ready to talk about my magic system. Why is it the way it is? Well to understand that, we need to start talking about book two. I am going to have to spoil it a bit, but you…[Read more]

@ellette-giselle haha really? I’m glad you and I had the same idea! I’d love to see the drawings when you’re finished with them!
I don’t remember Peter too well. But that could just be because it was a long time ago that he was last mentioned. It doesn’t matter, he fit right in even if I thought he was new.

@ellette-giselle wow! What an ending! I loved the descriptions of the different soldiers’ uniforms and stuff for some reason, and I’m so glad you didn’t kill them off. (I agree with @hybridlore that them dying would’ve worsened the book; it would’ve felt like Aaron’s story all over again. Speaking of which, I’m glad you brought the topic of him…[Read more]

Hmm, I find it funny that you think the ending thing feels a little un-realistic. I wrote it after reading of five different situations in different countries where something like this happened to Believers who had been arrested. XD
