I was very confuzzled when they said that. I personally won’t be adding it to my vocabulary but I found it interesting.

No, you haven’t given me a price quote, but from what I’ve seen online, it can take up to $2000 to $4000 to publish. I was planning on saving $2000 but I only have $700 right now.
