@Daeus Ooooh, I saw someone mention that a while back. At first I thought, “No, seriously? That makes absolutely no sense”. And then I went and rewatched the Thors and…yeppers, I think that he is ENFJ. I’m so excited about it for some reason! I keep giggling manically to myself whenever I think about it. And my poor brother and sister when I…[Read more]

@Daeus LOKI IS AN ENFJ! Okay, I haven’t watched his movies but I’ve seen pics and read some about him, and I was trying to convince @Ethryndal that he was an ENFJ from what I knew. Cool. 😀 I want to watch him.

Whoa @Daeus that is some awesome stuff. One at a time. Lemme see.
What do you do when you want to relax? You’ve been running things one way all day, doing whatever it is that excites you, but then you’ve done that type of activity or sought that type of goal too long and you want to do calm down. Say your turbulence is really getting you wor…

Oooh, good stuff here!
I think my perspective lines up most with @daeus and @kate-flournoy at the moment. At least, in what they both said about the MBTI not actually indicating your /personality/, but rather the /blueprint/ from which your personality will emerge based on your individual choices, experiences, and influences. (and if we’re…[Read more]

@Daeus Okay, thanks! A couple more quick questions, and then I think I’ll be good to go: why do I need an account? Is it simply for permission to access the videos? Does the course have its own forum? Is the homework all online, or do we email it to you? How’s that work? I just like to make sure I have everything figured out before I sign my life…[Read more]

@daeus Quick question about the Jumpstart course; what exactly is it? Do you have homework and such like an actual college class, do you have assignments to turn in, or does signing up simply give you access to the videos? Is there a time restriction– as in, will the videos only be available for a certain amount of time after signing up, or can…[Read more]

Good questions. There are no deadlines. All at your own pace. There is homework, but it is optional. Signing up no will give you lifetime access

Actually, this is really good. It makes me think I should answer all these questions on the sales page.
The account is to access the videos. The course does not have a forum. The homework is all online. It does not need to be turned in. There is an answers page so you can self-grade.

Sounds good! Thanks again. 😀

@kate-flournoy I wouldn’t call that a problem… I’d say it was a problem if your students never challenged you, because then they wouldn’t really be students. 😉
@Daeus I have never heard of the cognitive functions until reading the Fake MBTI discussion today, and then this discussion over here… I shall have to look into them. Thanks for…[Read more] -

@Daeus I suppose something will eventually come of it. Someday. I’m a headachy mess that feels like collapsing on a pile of pillows which if I had to hazard a guess isn’t helping matters. 😛 If you could tell anything from the ones I picked up there though that would be cool… at least tell me though if I picked one of each as I should’ve; I…[Read more]

Tell you guys what. @Daeus @That_Writer_Girl_99 @Emma-Flournoy LET ME READ THE BOOK I’M GETTING. And then I will do a post on here and explain everything I understand. I know a tiny bit about cognitive functions but nowhere near enough to explain coherently.
See, this is the problem with being a teacher of something you’re fascinated by……[Read more] -

@Daeus DAH! This is so tough. Um…it’s like most of them are tied with each other! *groan* Let’s see. The only one that was like BOOM that’s definitely me was Fe, Extraverted Feeling.
Okay. For Introverted or Extraverted iNtuiting, it’s so close!! but if I had to choose I’d go with Ne. The difference between Extraverted and Introverted Thinking…[Read more] -

@Daeus END OF THE WORLD I GUESS. 😮
I know, it’s super neat. And that’s funny what you said nowadays though, I feel like a T and act like an A. because I was trying to guess which you were and it seemed like you were both, and in that manner. Coolio. But I don’t know what the difference is either; all I know about it is what I read in that…[Read more] - Load More
