@corissa-maiden-of-praise Hmm… well yes. There is some danger there, except I’m exaggerating. I’ve been convinced I’m wrong plenty of times before. It doesn’t offend me. The only thing that really offends me in argument is when people ignore what I’m saying and just keep repeating slogans.

I’m not sure it’s an introvert thing. I personally don’t dare to tell anyone my writing ideas except my mom and a few people on here, and even then, I don’t like to share more than a little. The ideas aren’t to be acted upon if they merely come from emotion. Emotion’s strength is that it prompts ideas the reason would never dare to dream. Reason then shapes those ideas to make them manageable.

All you INTJs, look. Emotions and logic really go hand in hand. Nothing complex about it. Emotion prompts ideas and offers advice, logic evaluates things and makes the decision, and emotion drives the execution. Very good combination.

So to summarize this: it’s held in Deleware, it’s for homeschoolers, they do mainly traditional dances though I think there are a couple American ones, it’s fairly formal though not super-so, and it’s held every December and then also in the spring and they just started doing one in the summer too (though that…[Read more]

@emma-flournoy I think I’d collaborate on the music. I’m always composing music and am supposedly very musical, but I can’t actually write down the music (at least it would be very very difficult for me to do) and I really don’t like playing instruments myself and have very little knowledge of them.

@emma-flournoy Any movie at all. Though our family never really attends the theatre (for no particular reason), that experience decided me that the opera is my favourite art form. I don’t know if it will ever happen, but some day I’d like to write them along with my novels.
