@jane-maree, @aysia-serene, @ethryndal, @winter-rose, @dragon-snapper, Okay, you guys seem to be really good at this. 🙂
So I’ve written a couple of short stories of late, and I’ve discovered that most of my writing apart from my novel, are actually a little dark. ????? No idea why, it just seems to come easier than light fluffiness. again, ?????…[Read more] -

@kina-lamb, one of my favourites –
Therefore, just as you recieved Christ Jesus as LORD, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with righteousness. Colossians 2:6, 7

This lesson actually really poked me hard. I need to look at this more when I revise. So much that I need to improve on.
So in the end (after over two hours of staring blankly at my words/getting distracted and eating lunch/a lot of other procrastinating) I almost had to re-plot out these three scenes, so they aren’t exactly like this (yet). But…[Read more]

@Audrey-Caylin yes. *flops* I think I’m going to have to entirely re-plot out these scenes because they don’t actually have anything to do with the theme. >.< They tie together…buuut theme is no where to be seen. XD I used to think I had a half decent theme, but then I started this course and jeez no I definitely didn’t. Every lesson is pretty…[Read more]

@Audrey-Caylin I’m far behind 😛 On lesson eleven. (Although I did lesson 10 this morning also) I didn’t manage to find time to do it over the last week and a half but I’m hoping I’ll be able to get back to doing it regularly again. (Life was a little bit crazy for a bit there, but it’s slowly settling a little. In some ways. In other’s it’s still…[Read more]

@Dragon-snapper you could just try paste the link in text, rather than embed the actual image in. And if I had the link I could try see if I can shorten it.

@aratrea They don’t change particularly, but there is the sense of doubt and growing tension that continues on and builds up over the next few scenes.

Going with Orphan’s Song again, Chapter 17, I think it’s using point #9 and showing a clash between two characters and their EiL.
(I also think that -flicking through afterward- I must’ve managed to open to one of the hardest chapters to pinpoint a theme in. 😛 ) -
