Ooo… sounds like an interesting plot. I may have a few ideas… 😉
*Sorts through brain until light bulb is found*
Wait! *To self* that’s not a bad idea. What if memories and emotions were portrayed not by orbs but by light-bulb-like things? So the active memories would be “on” and dormant ones would be “off”. Memories being blocked could be…[Read more]

@winter-rose Hmm, to show emotion in memory would could very much use facial expressions. Smiley faces, like emojis. I also like your idea of using texture. Angry memories could be rough and spiky, sad memories could be icy slick, to portray tears, and happy memories could be warm and fuzzy. Oh! You could use temperature as well.
As for storage,…[Read more] -

@ethryndal No…no… don’t change your mind!!!! Please! Silver Flame is awesome!! I repeat, DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND! 🙁
And I’ll confess…Alliteration, in my mind, is not always awesome. *duck flying daggers* Silver Spark, I can’t imagine it. But Silver Flame, that just puts an amazing picture in my head.
Don’t do it, Ethryndal…

I would tend to agree with @Daeus and @Mark-Kamibaya, though again I’ll disqualify myself by confessing I really haven’t given this much thought. It does seem to be a question of belief in God’s sovereignty though.
There is also this verse—
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who…

All Israel shall be saved. That is in the general sense. Now Israel doesn’t recognize jesus. But soon they will, in general, recognize him. This doesn’t mean all indoviduals. This is all IMO BTW

The idea about innocent people dying ties into the subject about the ad 34 guy prettu well. What it all comes down to is a belief in God’s sovereignty. As daeus said God would probably find a way to save him. Think about the dudes who followed John the Baptists teachings in Acts (I forget the chapter). God found a way to yeach them what they…[Read more]

But if that is the case, then at what point in history did the crossover happen? At what point did salvation by the faith of the patriarchs become “not enough”?
@His-Instrument when the Messiah came and they rejected Him. The justification of faith was not only faith that God exists and is powerful, but faith that God would keep His promise and…[Read more]

@Ethryndal I love The Silver Spark; I think The Spark of Dimwood (not the Dimwood—less cluttered sounding) is good too. Ooh, I actually think that’d be my favorite—The Spark of Dimwood.
I’m so glad you like Rody. Those sound like incredibly sweet/funny uses of the nickname by all those friends. 😀

@winter-rose @aysia-serene Thanks! Yeah, the CRACK and the beets were really fun to do. The mom was great to write. Watch out for that cake. 😀
And yes, I’m getting over it. I’m starting to like my style again. To anyone concerned, STYLE BLOCK, my new writing term, means that a writer does not like their writing style anymore (or cannot write…[Read more]

I haven’t seen the movie in a while, so I don’t remember that much of the plot. XD I just remember that they strayed from the books and that always makes me mad. 😛 And yes about Klaus not having glasses! That was SO annoying. Which is your favorite book in the series? -
