idk if any of you have time right now to critique,  but Lillian has a story to share. Tag some others if you think they would be good sources for fantasy critiques.

looks like I can’t move this whole post to another category, so that’s fine. If you end up doing a second critique/book post i’d suggest you put it under the critique section so it’s easier to find,

Let me tag a couple people for you.

@lillian

Okay, here’s how to tag people.

If you look at our profile picture along the side of the posts we make, we have our name under the picture and that’s in green. Below that is an “@” with the user name next to it. So you would see “@lillian” under yours. Under mine you would see “@ellette-giselle”

You can type out or copy and paste…[Read more]

Hello hello! I’m so glad you’ve gotten on KP at last!

I’m Ellette! I’m an author if fantasy, dystopian, and Historical fiction for middle grade, YA, and adults. I am also the owner of a publishing company, a content editor, and an artist/graphic designer.

What are some of your top favorite fantasy books?

If you could pick to spend a week wi…[Read more]

@quarterstaffgirl

Yep! Absolutely.

@power actually got me into it.

Steinbauch is from my most recent. I just finished it a few months ago,

@ellette-giselle
That’s so great you have a sword! I’m guessing, in that case, you probably know how to use it.
Is Stienbauch from a current project or a finished one?

@quarterstaffgirl

Same!

I do! I’m going to put it up in the livingroom of my new home soon. Currently it’s in the closet. XD

Ooo, I think Ekhard Stienbauch. He’s pretty self centered. (and I didn’t pick one of the villains because I felt like that was cheating, lol)

@ellette-giselle
Hi! Nice to talk to you on the inside!

Side sword sounds cool! Do you have one?

Favorite fantasy = Lotr, Narnia, Wingfeather, Green Ember, some of the Brian Jacques are good.

Would spend a week with Shirley; she’s probably around 20. She’s a Christian, really cool, a great friend etc.

I would kind of like to be siblings wit…[Read more]

@liskaboyce

Wow this is so cool! I love the characters! I especially have interest in Cassion (perhaps because I’m partial to the shared name, lol) and Vincent.

@lillian

Hey! I’m so glad yo0u are sharing your writing! I like the feel of the first chapter, and I LOVED the video! That song is always a favorite, and the aesthetic is peek!

Do you mind if I move this to the story critiquing topic? Also, if you are interested in readers and feedback, tagging a few Keepers and asking if they would read it…[Read more]

@lillian

Love the characters!

Are you open to art swaps?!

@lillian

oh also, I’d love a bread recipe sometime! I’d love to be able to bake bread for my family and so far have only mastered French bread.

@lillian

Ohhh! That art is so pretty! You do people very well!

@power

Bad mongoose! We like all the new dwellers to the kingdom, even if they don’t use the quarterstaff. Behave thyself and be chivalrous or I shall have to chastise thee.

😂

@quarterstaffgirl

Hello!

So glad to have you on! I’m so happy you no longer have to “spy” but can actually join the kingdom!

I do a little quarterstaff sparing myself, though I prefer the German side sword!

A few questions for thee!

Piano is great! I’m hoping to learn that (or start to;) soon. The mandolin is fun; you can do a lot with it, since it is tuned the same as a fiddle and you can do melodies or chords. Maybe a little biased;)

@renegade
Hi fellow-former-lurker!

What kinda of art do you do?

I would go to sometime during the reformation; hands down.

When would you go to?

@loopylin

Nice to meet you!

ha! *smiles slyly* Don’t worry; I’m a trustworthy spy.

Yeah, I will hopefully share some. What kind of poetry do you like? I haven’t really got into free verse myself.

@elishavet-pidyon

Do you do any music stuff?

@elishavet-pidyon

I actually think I heard of it someplace on here. I’ll have to finish it now.

Yes! And the pipe snare drums that accompany them!!

I do. And wish to play so many more! Primarily fiddle and mandolin. Technically harmonica (but we don’t talk about that), learning bodhran and tin whistle(which we also don’t talk about). Have some…[Read more]
