@Daeus oooh, that’s more like it. I don’t think that one necessarily (because it gives away the ending) but that’s definitely a whole lot more dynamic and deep.

@Daeus that does give off some pretty strong Native American vibes, just so you’re aware.

Salutations, @Glitter-Ocelot! You know your MBTI type. I like you already. *grins* Hello, and welcome to the realm of the KeePers of the Pen. I’m an INFP an I write just about anything speculative. Prefer fantasy right now, but really fantasy is such a broad term… eh… nevermind. 😛
Once again, welcome. What’s your favorite book? If you can…[Read more] -

I like the last one, because that does relate to your book the mos, although I like the wording of ‘The Time of Courage’, or even without the ‘the’ in there.

@Daeus of the three I like the last one best, but none of them are really jumping out to me as worthy of the story. Is there something… less generic? Maybe something that more obviously says ‘time travel’?
All three of those also seem slightly forced, theme-wise. *scrunches self down in chair and trails off into unhelpful muttering* I don’t…[Read more] -

@Emily
I agree with what everyone else said. Just change the names of the kids and maybe just don’t mention the location at all. Also, you could make the family only have 3 kids, unless the 4 children is a main part of the story. 🙂 -

I find that if I let it go all the way to 70, it gets really weird. Like, it’ll miss a post of mine, or it’ll send me back to the first page.

No, I’m American. I wondered because my family visited England last summer. Do you live more in the country or city. -

@theacornman Wait? You’re british? Awesome! I believe that you are our first person from Britain. Congratulations! *shakes hand vigorously again*
I have to ask though…do you in Britain ever imitate American accents? -

@theacornman Greetings, writer and fellow lover of sci-fi and fantasy! Always happy to greet other writers! 😀
*shakes hand far too vigorously*
So, would you rather write your book by typing with chopsticks, or writing it on paper with the hand that you don’t use? (i.e if you’re right handed, you’d use your left-hand.)I write science fiction.…[Read more]
