I definitely agree with you, that role plays often fall flat because they don’t have conflict.

Those are great external conflicts! I would suggest having inner conflicts too. You hit that a little with Bias. Characters might misunderstand each other, or become scared of each other, or help each other work out miner phobias. Just a though 😉

It was a cool tangent lol.  Dragons are fun to draw. I like drawing mythical creatures because they give me the freedom to do whatever I want with them and not mess up.  If I’m drawing a monster or an alien I came make it look however I want.  So much scope for the imagination.
