@jane-maree yeah I feel like the bad in Kylo wouldn’t be good for the good in Rey.
OKAY SO IS ANYONE ELSE MAD THAT KYLO SMASHED UP HIS EPIC-LOOKING HELMET?!?! I mean, come on.Â

@Jenwriter17 I like Han, but if 70 year old Harrison Ford played young Han I would be happier. XD
Okay so maybe this new actor dude won’t be too bad? I don’t know. I’m just reserving judgement until I see the actual movie.
As for Rey and Kylo…no offense to anyone, but I absolutely don’t like them together. 😉

@Jenwriter17 as Elizabeth said, the plot points of writing a movie script is the same as a fiction novel. And as Rochellaine said there’s a lot of different people who take part in the storytelling.
My #1 tip: imagine every single word you write as happening in a movie. If you can see it perfectly in the movie style, then write down the small…[Read more]

@ingridrd I’d love to draw her! but sadly, I have a pretty busy week and I don’t think I’d be able to get to it soon enough. I’m sure the other people you tagged will do an awesome job though.

Tell her to come check us out, I’m sure she could learn something. *grins*
@rochellaine gave a pretty good answer as to what the differences are, but I’d like to point out that there are also many similarities between fiction writing and screenwriting. The plot points are the same, though they happen over shorter periods of time, and ideas like…[Read more]

@introvert_girl I like Han, but I actually disliked the Han + Leia combo too. And I never liked Leia *audience gasps again* she just rubbed me the wrong way sometimes

First of all, I’ve still been flailing about The Last Jedi *flails and squeals* We watched it in the theater with friends and (like I do every single time in the movie theater) I drank too much soda and knew i had to go to the restroom. But there was so much going on in the movieeeee!!!!!!! I clamped my hands on the arm rests to keep…[Read more]

Hey guys! I’m not a movie/film writer……at all. But my bestie is. She recently starting writing a couple movies, but she’s previously just been a children’s book writer. Do any of you have any advice on what’s the biggest difference between writing fiction and writing a movie? Any tips I can give her?
I’m not sure who writes movies/films so…[Read more]

@dekreel I feel so sad that you’re feeling this way. I used to feel the same way. What I was gonna say is basically what dragon-snapper said. Our identity is in Christ, not our writing. If God gave you a passion to write, then write. If you’re not looking to get published, then write however you want. Just give it your all, and nobody can ask more…[Read more]

@aislinn-mollisong @dekreel @daeus @seekjustice @winter-rose @ethryndal @sam-kowal Hey Beta-readers! 😀
You all have helped me so much in the making of my novel. It’s come so soooo far in the last 6 months. Hopefully, with a couple more round of edits, I’ll be ready to send it off to agents, editors and publishing companies.

@dekreel Amen, sister.
I wonder when I’ll stop doing that. Because I’m always doing it. Sometimes, I make myself higher than others, and sometimes I have to bury my head in a pillow.
*instead of petting you, offers you a non-melted chair*
