@Anne-of-lothlorien,
I like it. I would change the first sentence, but I like the rest of the paragraph. Ideas… erm…
I’ve always fancied being able to enter a character’s world, but that was kind of done in Storybound. I like the idea of characters coming into our world, since that isn’t done very often. Or, we’re the ones in stories, and…[Read more] -

@anne-of-lothlorien Okay, that part is not my favourite. He made a bad decision but it was Caspian’s fault. Yeah, Edmund is much better in PC. At least he changed.

@Anne-of-Lothlorien Uh yes, the green mist…no. Eustace was INCREDIBLE though, and Reepicheep. Like several others said. 😛
@Ethryndal YES to what you said about Edmund!! I loved him by the end of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe though, not just in Prince Caspian. 😀

@anne-of-lothlorien I know the movie of which you speak. I was honestly unsure what to make of the ending. lol. But you totally should read Jane Austen’s works. Any of them. They’re all brilliant.

@anne-of-lothlorien Oh boy, you just started one of my favorite subjects! I personally liked VotDT, even though it could be pretty lame in parts (aforesaid green mist). Eustace was amazing and Reepicheap was perfect. The one thing that annoyed me a little was the diversion from Edmund’s character. He was awful in The Lion the Witch and the…[Read more]

@anne-of-lothlorien Well, bluejay’s poems had a visual pattern, which is bonus points for her, but a real visual poem is a bit more. It’s a poem shaped in a picture or pattern that has symbolic meaning to the poem itself. For instance, you could have a poem about yourself shaped like a human figure. You could have a poem about Jesus shaped like a…[Read more]

@Anne-of-Lothlorien a ‘jerk’? Excuse me? 😛 Um, Peter was the jerk? I actually liked Caspian better in PC than VotDT, though Edmund was the best in PC. Fight me. XD
Ha… well, so long as it doesn’t become an obsession I don’t think it’s wrong to appreciate if someone looks nice, though I never really thought about it… or him… I mean, I like…[Read more] -

@Anne-of-Lothlorien I like them both. I guess I may be strange that way, but unless something is bad, I can generally enjoy both the movie and the book in different ways. They act less like children in the movie, and their goal is more important. I wasn’t sure about the movie the first time I saw it, but I’ve grown to like it. And I like the book.…[Read more]

@bluejay Is this a book club sort of thing? Can I just jump in?
I love Pride and Prejudice. The book is amazing because Austen uses this story to critique the people and their views of one another. And then her sarcastic commentary adds so much flavor to it. First classic I’ve read that made me actually laugh.Oooo. Good luck in your efforts 🙂 I…[Read more]

Ah, the age old discussion…
I, personally, do not mind reading occasional swearing or ‘bad language’ so long as it is significant in it’s use and does not take God’s name in vain.There are a few times, I believe, that it is okay to use harsh words in a story, but only certain ones. As @warrioroftherealm has stated before, the D-word is not…[Read more]
