Ahhh! I’m at chapter seventeen and I just can’t stop! This book is well-written, intriguing, and TOTALLY PUBLISHABLE!  Make it happen, Emily. This needs to be published.
I just can’t stop thinking about how amazing this is! I don’t know how many times I’ve laughed out loud… (and I seriously almost cried once!) And the chara…[Read more]

LOL yeah! I only read your first book but it was a jolly good read and I hope to read more in the future 😉
*sighs * “three’s a crowd and four’s a mob” as I say. I mean, that’s in reference to children interacting and playing, but it applies to most people and friendships in my experience. Have you ever tried to have a conversation…[Read more]

Here’s mine for Ly and Jackson in THTDE.
Ly:
“Stairs, oh stairs, where are you?”
“Are you going to help me, or not, Joshua?”
“You can think?”
Annnnd Jackson
“It’s Jackson.”
“And I’m trying to help, I’m thinking.”
“Just be quiet for a few minutes, Ly.”

haha I love yours! Totally fits her character!
I like how you say that you don’t know much about the MC; that’s what I do as well; they develop as they go along and I usually figure them out as the reader does. XD

ok, my summary of what you described:
Temira’s trust is hard to win so when she loves someone she’s fiercely protective. In this case, I’d assume she overprotects Reuben and doesn’t allow him to do things that could get him even a little bit hurt because of being hurt herself. Because of her loyalty, she is so careful to keep him…[Read more]

Thank ya kindly! <3 Ooo, cool! I’d say Corvina might be a conflicted character, and Arabella might be a really sweet, friendly personality. Am I right? XD
Girl, I’d totally read this! Totally keep writing… GO GO GO! 😉
Thanks! I know, it’s kinda weird to see the dialogue out of context. But th…[Read more]

*drums fingers on table* Yeah… it’s about what it sounds like. It’s a super easy read, and several people have read it in a day or two. My biggest problem is trying to integrate the Christian elements I want into the book, so that is mainly what you’ll be critiquing.
I don’t have an official synopsis, but it’s basically about a 16-year-old girl…[Read more]
