Make. A. Map. Even if you don’t use it in your book, (which is always a good idea) it will help your brain a whole lot.
Create a Culture. Culture is so fun!!! For example, Leiferan culture is HUGELY influenced by music. Therefore, I have songs in all…[Read more]

@catwing Yes, thank you. I actually had a small idea thing that the prophecy could be given before Darian disappears. It would complicate things a bit….but it would simplify some others. Thanks! 14 is how old I thought her would be.

@kate-flournoy Oh, Vytanni Throttlenight is one of our friends on Aetherlight. She has a nasty habit of fainting whenever she sees something epic. It’s kind of turned into a thing, and has been termed “pulling a Vytanni”.

Oya, @inkling-for-Christ! I’m Aislinn, hailing from the land of Aethasia. I’m so excited to see you, and welcome to the Kingdom Of Pen! I’m an LOTR fan too! Have you read the book, or just watched the movies? I write fantasy, and am currently working on a trilogy.
Aislinn out!

@catwing Ok here we go.
So, my prophecy is given to the people after Darian disappears.
Darian should be younger than 30 when Amber finds him.
Amber is 15 and Brendan is 16.
The prophecy is given before they are born.
I don’t know when to time anything. Help?

2. There was a natural disaster, such as a massive tornado, hurricane, or earthquake, which destroyed…[Read more]
