Well, you know the Christmas child shoeboxes? I’m packing some of those today but I have to start by putting them together, as they came to me flatpacked.

October 27, 2018 at 2:34 am #77495So I’m not the only one multitasking on this forum. 😛
I’m finally back home and brewing a cup of my special green tea and ready to start writing… 😛 Hopefully I’ll be productive today instead of just staring at a blank screen again…
October 27, 2018 at 2:47 am #77496Hehe, no 😀
Ooh, I like green tea very much. What makes this green tea particularly special?

October 27, 2018 at 2:53 am #77497Haha it just smells really good. Like grapes although I have no idea how because there are no grapes in it.
I have no idea who was paid to write the product description on the packaging but it sounds like something from a book of purple prose: 😛
The fragrances of starlit marigolds, lovely pink roses, and lucky cornflowers are emboldened in this green tea. The delightful bouquet of aromas emanating from the flowers contained in this cup of tea delivers a blissful flutter.
October 27, 2018 at 2:58 am #77498I’ve never come across green tea that smells like grapes. However it does sound interesting (and it sounds like it could be a heroine in a romance novel too, from that description).

October 27, 2018 at 3:07 am #77499I have another one though the description is not as interesting (and I edited the grammar a little for this and the previous one because that’s what writers do):
One spring day on the village road of Olleh-gil, the cherry blossoms burst with the pink colour thrill of a first kiss. This tea delivers a lovely aroma with a blend of the sweet scent of Jeju’s cherry blossoms and exotic fruity scents.
I suppose I should take notes for my own writing. 😛
October 27, 2018 at 3:15 am #77500Australians obviously have much less interesting tea descriptions:
Our tea artisans masterfully select and craft Madura teas to achieve consistency, cup after cup, resulting in a superior taste, time after time.Â
How boring is that?
But seriously, if you just rewrote that first description a little, it sounds like a really bad romance novel 😛
The fragrances of starlit marigolds, lovely pink roses and lucky cornflowers hang in the air around her. The delightful bouquet of aromas emanating from her hair made his heart deliver a blissful flutter….

October 27, 2018 at 3:24 am #77501You have no idea how hard I just laughed at that. 😛
The descriptions on my British teas are not as boring but I don’t think they can beat the “blissful flutter” and “thrill of a first kiss” of the Korean teas. 😛
A real jubilee of a British black tea, crowned with classic flavours of vanilla.
An intensely aromatic tea infused with flavours of spice and citrus.
To craft our creamiest, dreamiest tea, we’ve used a base of fine white tea made from the youngest leaves and buds during the spring. Left to dry naturally, these delicate leaves have a certain sweetness which blends remarkably well with white chocolate. We’ve opted for white chocolate made with melting cocoa butter, scattering whole pieces amongst the tea leaves for a truly decadent teatime treat…
October 27, 2018 at 3:32 am #77502I just read the descriptions to my brother, who is a bit of a tea connoisseur, and he enjoyed them too 😀 Truly, Australian tea is boring.
I have no idea what that last one is even trying to say. Whoever wrote that certainly has no qualms about using adverbs.
Also, I’m just imagining you sitting there, surrounded by boxes of tea, typing up the labels, which is quite an amusing picture 😀

October 27, 2018 at 3:42 am #77503Haha I have many more if you are interested:
This iced tea made with Jeju’s pure green tea leaves provides a feeling of peace and comfort with the scent of plant that can be felt when lying at the center of Jeju’s green tea fields and looking up the sunlit sky.
This iced tea delivers refreshing excitement and relieves daily stress with the flavor of Jeju’s crisp, tangy tangerine cultivated under the bright sunlight and sea breeze blowing from Jeju’s sea.
This enticing iced tea has a subtle musket scent, awakening a lingering memory of sweet moments on the white beach created by broken coral reefs and ocean garden where the transparent light of the emerald-colored sea is reflected.
Fishing boats under the moonlight and stars that fill the night sky, lighting up the dark sea of Jeju on a summer night. The cool sea breeze with the scent of pear permeates into this sweet iced tea.
Unfortunately, I have to go off for service now. Talk to you another time. 😀

October 29, 2018 at 11:01 pm #77508Hello, yes, I am here. I will have to go into town soonish, but I’ll end up at the library sooner or later and then I’ll be on again.
