I’ve been going back and finding early scenes from my WIP to work on rewriting instead of working on my current problem of how to create an escape for 2 slaves and do a potential death scene for one of my minor charries…..

Verity: *jumping in the air clutching her arm as she waves it frantically* ME!! ME!! PLEASE TELL HER I WANT ONE!!!
Me: Okay, Vers, just calm down, I asked everyone –
Verity: BUT I WANT ONE SOOO BAD!
Me: Alright, hang on. I’ll put you in. I need one more. C’mon, guys, let’s have some volunteers.
Verity: I VOLUNTEER TREVYN!!!
Trevyn: Hey, wait, no, Verity…
Payton: *off to one side* I volunteer everyone here but me.
Verity: I want to volunteer everyone too!!! Let’s do it like this: GROUP HUG!!!
Payton: Eeeewwww! You’re the author! Tell her to stop! I think I’m suffocating!
Me: This was a bad idea…. *sigh*

Age: young girl…. maybe 7? 8? IDK ages are so hard for me
Hair color: Dark red, long, straight
Eye color: Bright blue (think aquamarine)
Personality: She has a bit of a temper (Trevyn calls her spitfire, but he’s the only one who can get away with that…) She will say exactly what she thinks (except on her faith) and will defend her friends at all costs.

Age: IDK 35? Whatever….
Eye Color: Blue gray
Hair: Blonde. VERY light blonde. Maybe slightly wavy.
Height: Tall
Personality: Loyal, can be stubborn, not afraid to share his opinion. His personality is a WIP at the moment XD
Occupation: Soldier. (medieval-ish if you need that info)
(I forgot to mention that Verity is small for her age, this petite little redhead with a ton of energy.)

@queen_of_alvastia that little scene was not only hilarious but ALSO very helpful for figuring out how to draw them 😀 Would you like me to draw them separately or in a pose together? Also, what style would you like me to draw them in? Lemme know if you want examples of what I can do 🙂
Since Verity’s a little girl, it’d probably be easiest to draw her in a more animated style (if that’s alright with you 😉 )
She sounds adorable, I love crazy little kids lol.. probably because I live in a house full of them.
And Kerwin sounds so cool! It’s funny, I just drew a character for someone else that had the same hair and eyes but lots of freckles.
By the way, I love the names! 😉

I guess I’d just call this my cute style? It’s just very soft and squishy and fun to draw. (btw, this is my character Ilwyn in his human form, he’s normally sort of elfish)

Here’s Bronwen showing off my realistic style. Since drawing this I’ve improved how I draw necks so that they aren’t as toothpick-ish. This style is super great.. iiif I get it right. I’m new to drawing more realistic portraits so the quality can be kinda hit-or-miss, but I can usually draw guys pretty well in this style.
