Funny enough I did think about going into graphic design and even now it sounds like fun, I’ve done some logos for my Dad and stuff and I always have fun but I’m not sure I could ever do it as an actual job (although that’s actually what my Grandpa does)
now as for the boards
STEVE!!!!!!!!! (I mean they were all sad, but Steve’s got me the most) like I honestly never thought about him missing his mom that much but now!! cause of you FREEDOM I feel so bad for him
and can I just say, you gotta love T’Challa and Steve for being so polite and respectful to women like you can tell they’re moms played a huge role in their lives

I’m pretty sure theirs design careers that don’t involve drawing. Like designing website kind of thing, or posters, ect. Movie posters don’t have art in them, right? You could totally do that.

okay, SO
in the original fanfic, I didn’t really discuss much about Nick, Phil, or Maria, but especially Nick.
Well, in this AU, rather than being head of SHIELD, Nick was in the Army in the past, probably in Special Forces or something, and for a while, in this rewrite, he’ll be a little…standoffish towards the kids, even though he DOES want them to be there
why?
Because he’s afraid of letting them close bc he’s lost a lot of people and has hurt Thor and Loki in the past, and even though he’s trying to do better, he’s struggling
SO
I’m thinking that Nick has PTSD from his experiences, and I’m kinda thinking he uses something to try to…forget, but the Avenger kids being in his life is what fully helps him heal, bc he realizes that even though his past is painful, the kids’ pasts are painful too, and that shouldn’t stop them from moving forward
From the kids, he learns to accept his past, learn from his past, and move forward knowing that even though his past was painful, he can look forward to a good life
but those are just some random ramblings…what do you think about all of it, and do you have any ideas on how I can show that with Nick?

And him having PT-SD would be interesting, especially with Steve and Pietro struggling with that too
ideas on ways you can show it
- He’s never doing anything with the kids unless Maria or Phil are there too
- He doesn’t like any questions about his past, which could get difficult with no doubt curious kids like Peter, Pietro, and Becca
- Maybe you could throw in some loyalty to Pierce, like they were in the military together, which could lead to some emotional scene when Nick realizes what he’s been doing to those kids
Anyways those are just some thoughts
