Hello there!
Who am I? Oh its been so long since I had an introduction post here; kinda just blew away for months without telling anyone! 😜🤣 And yes, for all those who know me on here, I am still very much alive!! ❤️
Here, have some popcorn 🍿 while I re-introduce myself, haha.
There are a lot of new faces around here…wow.
First off:
– I’m a Scripture-loving, Child of Yeshua!
– I’m going to be a homeschool grad of 2024!
– I have one sibling, a younger brother.
– I have a super awesome fam who are the bomb.com!
– I’m an author of MG fantasy-fiction books.
– I was raised with a healthy love of clean and beautiful literature.
– I believe you are never to old to pick up a good picture book! My personal fav is The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy. But I have a long list of others
– My favorite hobby besides writing is photography.
– Winter is my favorite season because I Iove hitting the snow slopes with my board!
– Some say I have a fascination with the fiddle…I’m here to tell you, its not a fiddle, its a mandolin. As far as instruments go, I think there is a particular artistry in a bluegrass mandolin. No other instrument can capture those robust tones!
– I love hiking, a pastime that I grew to love while walking down a variety of different trails with my family.
– I enjoy a good cup of coffee, particularly the hot kind, but I’ll take iced in the summer.Overall, I’m just a girl who loves Yahweh, my family, and the scriptures of Elohim. A girl who seeks to deliver you and your family clean, morally sound fiction that combats darkness with hope, light, and life!
My debut novel is on Amazon and is currently in two homey, local bookshops (shoutout to all my Michigan peeps!!!).

Hey girl!!! 😃💖 I was wondering if you would come back, and here you are! How are you doing? I mean, life is always crazy but are you feeling better?
And I love The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse – except I watched it as a short movie. 😅 It was really beautiful, like The Snowman.
Have you gotten snow yet? I moved down from the north to the real south a few years back, and I still feel weird because we haven’t seem a single snowflake yet.

Welcome back! I joined KP about… three months ago? I think? Anyway, I write primarily contemporary fiction or historical fiction, but I’ve also done some mystery and a bit of journalism. I also love hiking, and photography is one of my hobbies as well! I love encountering God in His creation, and mountains are my happy place, but unfortunately where I’m from, we don’t have a lot of good ones. Mostly just overgrown hills… sadly.

Hi, I’m nicknamed Ruee (pronounced Roo-ee) but most people around here just call me RAE.
I also like to write fantasy and I toy with idea of a historical fic about a German soldier in WWII named Hans. He was a real man, but trying to find even a tiny thread of his story is becoming impossible!
I think my fav genre to write is sci-fi.

Well, guess I’ll keep asking until some has! And yes, that is my expierance, thankfully I haven’t broken anything yet. I work at a stable but don’t own any horses.

@rae I’m not a huge fan of horses lol. So, that should never happen to me, however, my mom worked at a stable when I was younger and one of those horses bit me…it hurt! Lol.
