I raise my voice. “Reúven can join!”
A tall, reddish haired boy with a faint smell of sheep on his clothing slips in.
“Peace! Thank you for the invitation.” He sits down beside Viktor like an eagle beside his ward. I grin then lean in to whisper in Alwin’s ear, “introduce yourself.”
He nods and gives a small but sincere smile. “I’m Alwin Aetheling.”
Dalton gives another short bow, but I can tell he’s much more at ease after noticing a few dark looks. I do believe he was almost scared to death when he was facing a large group that was completely friendly. Now that some danger has been hinted at, he’s not quite as shy.
Not quite. It isn’t exactly real danger, after all. My attention shifts to the tall blonde sitting beside him.
“And I’m Percy Aetheling of Washam Crest.” His smile is as large as the sun and twice as friendly. He’ll love this game.
Which means I aught to feel sorry for Alwin, but instead I giggle under my breath.
Next, Viktor nods to the group. “I’m Viktor Mynclais.”
“And I’m Reúven Elroi, his older cousin.”

Tauren looks up as I point to him, on Novembers left.
“Here I have Tauren, Lesli, Layson…” I look over to the wall.
“Kaine and Everly, you guys can sit down here.” I point to a spot on the floor next to Layson, who smiles in there direction, instantly blushing at the sight of Everly.
“How do you know my name.” Kaine states bluntly.
“I’m your author. Now please sit down.”
Kaine glares, but obeys, allowing Everly to take the spot next to Layson. He stares straight ahead nervously.
“Oh! I nearly forgot someone.” I step into another room for a moment, emerging with a very adorable toddler.
“Maylee!” Lasyon shouts across the room, holding out his arms. I walk over, gently setting her down as Layson pulls her into his embrace. Everly makes an “Aww” face at Kaine, who smiles.
“This is Maylee.” She gives a small smile.
(Anyone can pick a dare!)

“Nice to meet all of you! Thought I’ve met most of you before…well…read about most of you.” I winked. “NOW! Although Felicity isn’t here at the moment. I suppose we should let the game begin. Now as I’ve stated here is how it goes. One if you will start the game. The one who starts will choose someone to ask “Truth or Dare” and they will pick with they want to do. You will then give them either something they must tell about themselves or someone else, or if they chose dare, something they have to do. If they absolutely REFUSE,” I look at the authors, “Well…we can make them” Some of them shift uncomfortably, “or we’ll find a loophole. OKAY HAVE FUN!” I loop arms around the other authors and snap, leaving our charries to themselves.
(of course we can see everything from our own room nearby 🤣. Also if new charries and authors come, y’all can just introduce ur charries and bring them in, then teleport yourselves to us, our charries can explain the game or whatever. To save on time 😊)

Yeah! When I made his character, I kinda wanted him to be that one side character everyone loves and wants more of, so then it’s like the best surprise ever when you find out he has like almost a whole book 😂
