Nyx sighed. “So I get to ask someone next then?” He laid back down on his box, tails flicking back and forth, an evil grin on his face as he looked around for his victim, like a cat for a mouse.
“Hm…eeny meeny miney….” His eyes roved around the room until they landed on Layson (can’t help it XD) “You.” He grinned. “Truth? Or dare?”

Layson glances Left at the sound of a voice in his head.
“Uh–” He stares dumbly at the fox it most likely came from.
Why can he talk?
Why does he have more than one tail?

Truth didn’t go so well before did it.

Nyx grins. “Dare huh? Alright.” Nyx hops off the box, making its way over to the circle. He seats himself between November and Tauren. Tauren blinks, staring at the fox, who merely smiles.
“I dare you,” Nyx lays down, staring at Layson with a playful smirk, “To give the girl over there,” he nods to Everly, “A nice little peck on the cheek.”

Layson kisses Maylee on the cheek. She sits upright in his lap with a smile.
“I suppose you should have been more specific.” Layson says flatly. “I wasn’t looking when you pointed.”
he never pointed, therefore I never lied. I did not see him point, so my statement remains true. And if I didn’t lie, I’m good. No authors causing drama, this is really fine. This works juuuust fine.
Layson lets out a sigh of relief.

I would have loved to wright him getting horribly embarrassed about having to kiss Everly 😂 but from the way Everly reacted to that moment earlier she hasn’t known him that long, otherwise she would have been laughing her head off at his heroic daydream. Lol if I had written the earlier one differently maybe I would have done this one different too!

Nyx growled, eyes turning into slits at the failure of his dare. He huffed, sitting up and fluffing his fur. He shrugged, shaking his head and returning to his box to lie back down, back facing every one as he flicked his multiple tails at them.
“W-Well…umm…” November’s ears were tinged pink.
“I’m a bit disappointed,” Lyn whispered.
