@princessfoo Yeah… *nods* Although, there were a handful of nameless rebels who went with the MCs (and consequently died) who could have been married. That still leaves a lot of troublesome questions unanswered, but *rubs hands together* it would be cool.

well, technically Luke Skywalker got married to someone named Mara Jade.
Also, does anyone think Rey being Kylo Ren’s sister sounds weird?
Antilles’s daughter? Heh heh… So many possibilities…- This reply was modified 7 years, 1 month ago by Joseph Darkgrate.
Life's a cruel joke, so you have to laugh at it sometimes.

October 12, 2017 at 1:30 pm #48052@xonos-darkgrate Rey being Ren’s little sister was actually a pet theory of mine a while back. That got debunked the harder I thought about who she might be, but yes, it did cross my mind. π

October 12, 2017 at 3:13 pm #48060@salome01w4g then that would make her Luke’s sister…? π Luke already has a sister. I think you’re missing a generation there. π
October 12, 2017 at 3:15 pm #48061@kate-flournoy oh wait….. yeah hmmmm…… that doesn’t work…. oops. Now you know how fogged my brain is. lol π

October 12, 2017 at 9:13 pm #48117@salome01w4g Yeah, Vader died before Rey was even born.
It’s 32 years between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens (release-wise), so assuming they’re in “real time” (the time that passed between “events” is also 32 years) and the actors’ ages are the characters’ ages, that means Rey was only 23 in TFA. That’s almost 10 years’ difference, so it’s unlikely she could be related to anyone from RO (which is before A New Hope, right?) unless they were really young at the time (like a child).
And still assuming actors’ age = character age, Kylo Ren would have been 31, which is a perfect time between the events of the two movies for Han and Leia to have had him.

Yeah, I know. I was just theorising. πAccording to this chart, though, Rey is 19.
