I work as a classroom assistant in a childcare facility
I looooove working with kids. It’s tiring but it feels like useful work and as if it means something. I’ve done childcare before; I did that during the last school year, and with the same young ages.

This made me laugh. Arien looks like nobody else in that side of the family. Very much got a wild red hair dominant gene that runs through his mother’s line. His older cousins were a little horrified to be related.

Honestly… It would depend on how and at what stage in their lives. I think they would be, eventually. Both have an “all or nothing” perspective on life which drives them to leave home at a young age (though Arien goes about it without sneaking out windows alone.)

Also… anyone else have a character, that without any distinct loss you can name, has this quiet grief about them? I was talking with my sister about one of mine while listening to music, of course. For some reason, whenever songs like “Over and Over” by Gray Havens etc. came on, I found myself quietly muttering, “yes, yes. This is Inlgor. He is crying.”
Poor Inglor. All I can think is he’s really feeling the growing up pains.
…I mean, the kid does get captured by his worst nightmare, but that’s a separate concept.

I was able to interact with some good fellows in a “Role Play” at a castle some while ago. 🏰 Over a year, I think. It was very odd. 🧐 Other than that, I’m not sure what she’s said about me. Let me see… 🤔I remember walking down a lot of halls and talking to some guys who looked like… Well… To be honest, they looked like concentration camp survivors… Rescue work is kinda my thing, so that really had my attention. There was a kid too. We talked a lot, but we weren’t there very long before my author found us and took us home. 🤷♂️
