Slowly I’ve been getting closer to people at school, and closer to God too!
And I’ve recently made a breakthrough in my writing as well!

I’ve been busy with a lot of different things, but they’re good things. I feel like I haven’t had a lot of inspiration for writing, and that’s been kinda frustrating, but to be honest, I haven’t had a lot of time to write anyway.

Hellooooooo nice to see you online again! I’m doing pretty well. I’ve been really busy these past few months, mostly with stuff for karate, and I’ve been a bit stressed, but I’m testing for my first-degree blackbelt on Saturday (Yay! [*definitely not panicking inside*]) so I’m hoping after that I’ll have a chance to destressify (it’s a word now).
How are you? Are you done with school yet?

Hey y’all! (I’m not from the south but I still like to use that lol)
I agree, I’ve been pretty busy lately! I’m preparing to go on a missions school starting in July, so I’ve had a lot going on with fundraising and planning for that and all. Besides that, I’ve been working quite a bit, too, and I’ve been trying to prioritize my friendships right now too before I leave. So it’s been a busy season, but I’m learning what it looks like to have grace for myself when I don’t have time to get everything checked off my to-do list and take time to really rest in the presence of God, even if that’s only fifteen minutes some days or talking to Him as I’m falling asleep. I haven’t had as much time to write, and consequently not a lot of inspiration, either, which is kinda frustrating, and also why I haven’t posted any writing lately.

I’m doing pretty good! Schools pretty much done for me mostly, we still do math through the summer but it’s going to be less. I’ve been doing drivers ed and my extended family’s getting ready to move out here, so that’s exciting.
Lol! It is way more convenient and flows better haha. That does sound busy! It’s great you’re still able to spend time with friends and God during a busy season.
Yeah, I haven’t been writing a ton either, but I’m hoping that I’ll get to it more over the summer. Has school ended for you yet? Are you graduating?

I’ve graduated already, class of ’22. I’ve just been working full time and focusing on family, friends, and hobbies up until now.
