Huh. That was nice. I typed up a whole big question, and when I tried to submit, it said “You’re not logged in” and DELETED everything I wrote! I’m not going to take the time to write that all back up, but basically, I was wondering if anyone has any tips on plotting? (I might take this to the plotting forum too.)

Plotting.
Plotting and I go way back. (way back as in a month ago)
I went from not plotting at all (which is a horrible idea by the way) to plotting a lot more. Anyway, here’s how I plot. I haven’t plotted a bunch, but from what I’ve done, here’s what I do. I use the 3 Act Structure for plotting, and plot points. I’ll post the links for the “how to’s” on those if you’re not familiar.

I personally prefer plot points to the 3 Act, but that’s just me. Anyway, another thing I do is keep a notebook beside my bed at all times (except now because it’s currently in my locker at school). I usually get most inspiration when I’m trying to fall asleep, so that’s what works for me. It really helps me to work out my ideas on paper rather than type it out. I don’t know what it is, but it helps me a lot.
If you’re struggling with inspiration, it always helps me to listen to music. And pray about it. Every time I get stuck I pray, and then God almost immediately provides help.
Hopefully this was somewhat helpful, because if not, then I guess I typed this out twice for nothing XD but anyway, that’s my two cents.
