I have made an important decision concerning Pietro and Hannah (really my take on the MCU) fanfic
Steve will not… *me getting scared* please don’t get mad at me
But Steve will not be going back to Peggy. (there I said it)
and it’s not because I think he never loved her or that he should be with Nat it’s actually for the sake of Peggy
I just watched a scene from Agent Carter (spoiler warning) and she takes a vial of Steve’s blood (I’m still not certain how they have Steve’s blood but whatever) and dumps it into the East River whispering “Goodbye darling”
truthfully I’ve never felt bad for Peggy until this moment, and it made me cry, the same reason why Vision’s last word to Wanda made me cry (his last words are actually “so long darling”) and if I cry for Wanda than I cry for Peggy
I’ve kind of gotten off point XD But anyway, we then learn that this was Peggy’s way of accepting his death and she ends up getting married and having two kids
so it seems to me, like it would mess up her beautiful arc if he went back
that being said, I have no idea who Steve is going to be with… I suppose I could make an OC for him (Y’all have any thoughts)
also, I wrote this scene
Steve’s arms rested on his side as he looked out at the horizon. A few tears threatened to fall but he didn’t let them. So much had happened, so much had changed, but he was going to have to find a way to move on. He had to be strong.
Soft footsteps were heard until a figure appeared next to him, and just a tiny part of him wished it was Nat, but he knew that was impossible.
“I was watching you, during the funeral, how you stood all alone,” Hannah said, turning to look at him, a gentle and caring smile crossed her face.
Steve couldn’t look her in the eyes, feeling as if she would be able to read him like an open book.
“Made me uh… realize that from the first time I saw you, someone was always right next to you…” Hannah swallowed, a single tear rolling down her cheek. “But she’s not here anymore,”
“I keep replaying it in my mind, wishing I had known, wishing I could’ve-”
“You would’ve taken her place,” Hannah interrupted. “If you had known, you would’ve never said goodbye,”
Steve gave a simple nod, not being able to manage any words.
Hannah looked out at the lake, her voice choked as she managed the words. And Steve knew she was thinking of everyone and everything they had lost.
“This world takes, and it takes,” Hannah let her words settle before continuing, and her Aqua blue eyes meant his own eyes. “But there’s still good, even if it’s hard to find,”
Silence echoed between the two until Hannah spoke again.
“I suppose my question to you is, what’s next? Are you going to go relive the past?” Hannah asked, an unreadable expression on her face.
“I don’t think I can, I’ve read the history books, she goes and gets married and has two kids, I can’t take that from her,” Steve stated, knowing Hannah was asking about Peggy.
pain stung at him, he loved Peggy, and it was hard to know he would never get to be with her.
“Well, I can’t deny that I’m happy that we’re not losing Captain America,”
Steve thought about her statement and then corrected it. “Actually, I think I’m going to retire and give that mantle up,” Steve paused and then smiled. “I know he’ll do it justice,”
Hannah turned and looked at Sam in the distance talking to Pietro. “Well, I’m just a little offended that you didn’t ask me,”
Steve gave a joking expression. “I can make another shield,”
“Nope, I’m getting married,” Hannah said holding up her hand to show Steve, she then gave a defeated grin. “As soon as he buys me a wedding ring,”
“To be fair he has had all of two days since coming back,” Steve teased.
Hannah laughed and then went serious. “There’s a lot of broken pieces out there, I suppose the least I can do is put them back together… it’s what she would’ve done,”
Now she was talking about Natasha.
“She was good at that,” Steve smiled, memories coming back, it was both bitter and sweet to remember her, right now it felt sweeter. He then turned back to Hannah. “But you are too,”
Hannah gave a smile. “I could never live up to her, but I hope I can come somewhere close to finishing what she started,”
“Do you think this kind of job can ever be finished?” Steve asked, thinking about everything that had taken place since waking up from the ice. The friends he had made, and now the friends he had lost.
“Probably not,” At that moment Pietro called her name, and as she walked away she gave one last look at Steve with a smile. “But a girl can dream,”
Steve chuckled and then took the time to think, knowing he had to go return the stones soon, but before leaving he gave one last look into the lake and then at his side.
With a skating voice, he whispered. “I miss you, Nat,”
Cause he really did miss her, and everyone else they had lost. The people who had given their lives for something greater.

Hmm, I honestly have no idea who Steve could be with.
and honestly, idk if he should be with anyone.
and before you get mad at me, XD, hear me out:
There are times when someone loves someone so much that they never fall in love with anyone else.
you can make an OC if you want, or find someone fitting for Steve, but I have a bit more to say, so at least hear me out…you can take it or leave it😂:
with how much Steve loved Natasha and/or Peggy, idk if he would fall in love with another woman, either bc he doesn’t want to/is afraid to. Or maybe it’s just bc he loved them so much that he mentally CAN’T love another woman.
Like how Leon never remarries after Aadelheide’s death bc he knows that he’ll never love a woman the same way he loved Aadelheide.
Or how another character of mine, Adolphus, doesn’t remarry even though his wife left him bc not only does he know he’ll never love anyone like he loved Hilda, he’s also not willing to have his heart broken again…he gets healed, but he’s still not willing to give up his heart to another woman.
Same with Adinah, The Bois’ mother, who never remarried bc she loved Felix with all of her heart and would never love another man the way she loved him.
Sometimes loss leaves us unable to love someone else, either due to wants, fears, our love for that person, and everything in between.
I’m not saying Steve should be unhappy…he has friends and he could have a kid or a new friend that comes into his life that brightens his darkest moments, but if you wanted, I think it could also be a great opportunity to write something where Steve learns that his pain and grief aren’t barriers, they’re stepping stones to a new and better future, and even though his dreams were shattered, that doesn’t mean he has to stop dreaming, and maybe a friend (I personally think a kid could be even better/more powerful) helps him realize that.
but again, do whatever you think is best for Steve/the story

Girl!!!! that was incredibly written and it’s how I’ve been feeling for both Steve and Wanda in his fanfic series
like they both loved their partners so much, that it’s hard seeing them fall in love with anyone else
for Wanda I see her taking a huge role in her niece and nephew’s lives
But for Steve, I’m not sure what he’ll do, but I think you’re honestly right about not falling in love again

I love quotes like that, but the one quote I really wish I wrote is from WandaVision (I know… I constantly bring up Wanda & Vision XD) but it’s “What is grief if not love persevering”

Truthfully I’ve been focusing on my fanfics cause I have no clue what I’m supposed to write
I’ve been giving it a lot of prayer and asking God to show me what to write but I still don’t know, so right now I’m just practicing my writing skills on my Fanfics
I just don’t know what I’m supposed to do with this talent God has given me
also, I’m about to watch Wakanda Forever so wish me luck (the first few minutes are brutal 😥)

-ThorneI can’t imagine Steve falling in love again. Steve is a protector, a defender, we saw that when he jumped on top of the fake grenade in training. He would stop at no lengths to help another person, especially a friend. It is one of the parts of his character that makes him so lovable. If he ever fell in love again, he would need to know first that he wouldn’t leave her heartbroken, and that she wouldn’t be killed. Both he can’t know for sure.
Yeah, my opinion is not valuable but I’m still posting it.

I have a new charrie!!
so I recently watched SpiderMan Across the Spider-verse and it made me really want to come up with my own Spider version
so uh… Introduce Violet Adams

Violet’s parents died when she was little leaving just her and her older sister. Her older sister was an engineer and a scientist who was close to making a gigantic discovery, which led to her death.
but her sister wasn’t the only one with a special discovery though, Violet had discovered two years ago that she had powers, given to her by a radioactive spider (that was flicked onto to leg by a certain Peter Parker who was brushing the spider off of him)
Violet didn’t know how to use her powers, but her sister’s death was no accident, and now Violet knows exactly how she’s going to use them, to make the criminals responsible pay.
also, her story is sort of based on Silk (a comic hero who got bitten by the same spider as Peter)
please give me honest thoughts and tell me if this character sounds stupid (I’ve never really come up with my own Spiderman varient)
she might appear in my Pietro and Hannah series but maybe not, still not sure

it’s really bad I’m aware, but it gets the pint across
but the purple patches on her suit are actually lights and can be turned off so her suit appears completely black, letting her slip into places and not be seen, like a shadow… or a ghost
