He could join the Nazis, and then realize as the war goes on that they’re horrible… that could be interesting. Like, a soldier who is trapped in the military but doesn’t agree with what they’re doing, at all? I could kind of see that for him since he was so willing to join the army in the first movie, but tbh I don’t really know too much about what the Nazis were like in the beginning, so that might not work.
Orr… be some kind of resistance leader, maybe that’s how he meets Wanda and Pietro… idk that’s an idea.

Steven (Steve) Grant Rogers, 21 years old
Born to German American parents who moved back to Germany before Steve was born, with a father who died when he was young, Steve has always lived in Germany, but he’s heard stories of America from his mother and even from his best friend Bucky, who spent some of his young childhood in New York. Fierce, loyal, protective, and naturally patriotic, Steve will do just about anything to keep his mother, other family members, and friends safe. He enlists into the Wehrmacht when he’s old enough, after undergoing Government experimentation that made him extremely muscular, thinking he’s doing his patriotic duty as a German…but when he’s stationed to work at a factory and live at a base, both near a large camp, Steve realizes that something is dangerously wrong. He meets a Polish young woman, not even older than a teenager, and falls in love…but he’s unable to truly date her and maybe even marry her, due to Nazi rules on “no fraternizing” with “undesirables”. And when Steve figures out what’s happened to his best friend Bucky and his family…he questions everything he’s ever been made to believe…and a new mission takes center stage.

Natasha Alianova Romanova (Natalie Alice Richter), 24 years old
An American spy originally born in Russia, Natasha is posing as a woman named Natalie Alice Richter, a female SS officer, to receive intel about Nazi plans and Concentration Camps. Having received fake genealogy papers, she was easily able to slip her way into the SS. She works closely with the ‘Avenging Fighters’, the local underground resistance group, to take down the Nazis from the inside. She’s been well prepared…but the one thing she didn’t expect…was to fall in love with a German doctor. Unlike many of the Germans, Dr. Banner is a good man…but Natasha can’t afford for anyone to know who she is. She has a duty…and she will perform it…but will love get in the way?
Pietro Łukasz Maximoff and Wanda Łucja Maximoff, 19 years old
A Polish teenager, Pietro is an energetic, troublemaking, optimistic boy. Wanda, rather, is quiet, compassionate, yet firm. Pietro has always looked out for Wanda, who he always remembers is twelve minutes younger than him. Their life was good, even beautiful…until the Nazis came. In 1939, the Nazis came into Poland…destroying so much of their beloved land…and killing their parents. Lives suddenly turned upside down, Pietro only wanted to bring his sister somewhere safe. They were taken in by Nazis, now orphaned, and a sadistic German doctor experimented on the two of them, giving Pietro enhanced metabolism and superspeed, and Wanda was given telekinetic powers. Once the doctor was done with them, they were taken by the Nazis and forced to go to Germany as forced laborers. Pietro and Wanda, both vowing that they would avenge their murdered parents, joined the local underground Anti-Nazi resistance group…and neither one of them have ever looked back.
Dr. Bruce Bruno Banner, 30 years old
A German doctor drafted into the Wehrmacht, Bruce has always vowed to help people as much as he possibly can. He never wanted war, but war is the circumstances he has found himself in, so he has learned to live with. Stationed at a Wehrmacht base close to a Concentration Camp, he knows that very evil things are going on…but is there truly anything he can do? Bruce satisfies himself with simply doing his work, tending to his troops, especially new recruits. But everything in his life changes when he meets Lieutenant Natalie Richter…but she’s hiding a secret from him…and Bruce can’t help but wonder if their love for each other will even be able to survive amidst the barriers and secrets of a deadly war.
James Buchanan (Bucky) Barnes, 23 years old
The son of American-born Jewish parents who immigrated to Germany to be closer to other family members, Bucky has lived both an American-Jewish and a German-Jewish life…but with everything going on now…truth is…he misses America…a lot. His little sister, Becca, was born in Germany and doesn’t understand America one bit…but Bucky misses America. His parents have always reassured him that life will be good, and everything will work out fine…but he’s not so sure he believes it anymore. It started with rules and regulations…then stars they had to wear…and now, there are increasing rumors of deadly camps where people, especially Jews, are killed for no reason. Only wishing to protect his little sister, Bucky wants to leave…but his family is unable to do so…and they’re stuck. Bucky can’t find much comfort…and when his father is taken one night…his worry only increases. The only comfort he has is his mother and his best friend, Steve…but even still…Bucky can’t help but wonder how much longer he, his little sister, and his mother will be safe.
Anthony (Tony) Edward Stark, 38 years old
A rich factory owner, originally from America, who came to Germany to help with the country’s failing economy, never anticipated to get stuck in the country when war broke out. But, always believing to make the best of any bad situation, he chose to make the most of it. Plus, while in Germany, he was able to adopt a young orphan named Peter, and he’s rather enjoyed being the boy’s adoptive father…even if the kid can be a little rambunctious at times. Tony has to produce ammunition in his factory, not allowed to build anything unless it is related to the war effort, but again, he makes the most of it. Besides…his factory is the perfect cover up for what he’s really doing during the war…fighting back against the Nazis as a member of the local resistance group.
Peter Benjamin Stark, 16 years old
Orphaned when he was a baby, Peter has never known his parents. Taken in by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben when he was 2, Peter was cared for and doted on by them both…and he had a good life…until he was 12. When he turned twelve, his Uncle was killed for refusing to join the German military, and only a year later…his Aunt disappeared without a trace. Peter was left alone and orphaned, again…but he was eventually brought into a rich factory owner’s home…and he was finally cared for again. A member of the Hitler Youth, of which he is required to be a part of as a teenaged German boy, Peter is already being trained for war, and truth is…he can’t wait. He’s tired of sitting around and doing nothing. He has…odd abilities though, that he gained when he was bitten by an odd-looking spider on a Hitler Youth hike one afternoon…but he can’t tell his peers…he knows they’d report him to the Gestapo. He’s ready for war…and when he learns that his caretaker is a member in the local resistance group, he may have a chance to prove he’s a true Nazi and worthy of combat…but he owes his whole life to Tony…and when Tony teaches him about what their country is doing…Peter is no longer sure of what’s really true in the war-torn world around him.
Clinton (Clint) Francis Barton (Caden Franz Bassermann), 31 years old
An American Lieutenant working undercover in Germany, Clint works closely with Natasha. Unlike Natasha who is disguised as an SS officer, he is instead disguised as a radio operator for the German Luftwaffe, going by the fake name of Caden Franz Basserman. Posed as Natasha’s older cousin from her mother’s side, he and Natasha are still able to remain in close contact with each other, and together, they provide the Allies with crucial secret intel they gather from their undercover work. Clint wishes he could go back to his wife and kids, but he has a job to do, and he’s going to finish it…no matter what it costs.
Samuel (Sam) Paul Wilson, 26 years old
An African American, Sam enlisted in the USAAF the day Pearl Harbor was attacked. He fought in the air as a pilot, until he crash landed in Nazi Germany on one mission. Captured by Nazi forces three days later, Sam is now stuck in a Stalag Luft, a POW camp for captured, Allied air force personnel. He’s not too bad off, but he still hates the camp, and he’s virtually hated by the Nazis for being black. One day, he’s finally able to escape…he’s almost captured, but he is rescued by the local resistance group, and his life is saved.
Thor Adrien Odinson, 25 years old, and Loki Ace Odinson, 23 years old
Two English young men both in the RAF, Thor and Loki work closely together, being brothers and all. Their family is rich, but even though they could have likely been deferred, both Thor and Loki chose to go into combat. Loki makes dangerous moves in the sky, always going for the offensive, whereas Thor tries to avoid going straight at his enemies and always tries to do careful moves, unwilling to get taken out of the sky, and he gets mad at Loki when he does dangerous moves. Either way, they’re still brothers, and they will be side by side always. But on one mission, they crash land into Nazi Germany…and their lives may be at stake. Loki is injured, and Thor doesn’t know what to do…but their lives are saved by a local resistance group…and suddenly, while waiting for Loki to recover…Thor sees another way that he can help the Allies win the war.
Nicholas (Nick) Joseph Fury, 52 years old
An American colonel, Nick Fury came to Germany before America got involved in the war, against orders, knowing he had to do something to support the war effort. In Germany, he is under suspicion and hatred, both being an American and black, but Fury doesn’t let anyone get under his skin. A natural fighter, he has organized and lead a resistance group in a large German town since the war began in 1939. A leader, Fury leads the resistance group to destroying the Nazi government…piece by piece.
