I got 1,181 words into HoA, so… good! I got to make my characters hunt eggs through a straw barn, so that was fun. Been wanting to do it for a while. XD

Yes! Their adoptive parents live on the family’s ancestral farm. They have goats, chickens, and one donkey, and about 4 acres of field land. Two of the chickens like to hide their eggs in hard to reach places.. ? Alyona calls them the Sister Plagues.

Good job, you got a nice word count! If you don’t know your writing is rough, that’s a problem, but if you know it needs improvement, then you have perfectly workable material. ;-P

I know that feeling… One of our chickens likes to escape the coop and lay eggs underneath the house. We have a bay window with an overhang and she goes underneath that. We named her Maleficent, and I must say, the name fits.

Starting at :35 to write a research paper on Andrew Jackson. He once received a 4 foot in diameter wheel of cheddar cheese which sat around the White House for two years because no one knew what to do with it. Eventually, he held a reception, and approximately 10,000 people came by to eat cheese. The White House smelled like cheese for weeks.
