There are a LOT of dissections this year. My class did an earthworm, (I was sick that week), we did a crayfish, and we have three more. *shudders* I’m almost looking forward to chemistry.

Maybe if/when you move to Indiana, we’ll end up at a homeschool prom together. I will hopefully go to a prom next year.
That would be so cool! I could totally see that happening if we did move there. I don’t really know what we’re doing, though. My parents are also considering another state (we’re waiting to see if we can get a rental there.) I think they’re still open to Indiana though.

No. Though one week I was out (along with the boys in my class) so it was just three girls. Somehow they managed to explode a balloon. 😅🤷♀️

Oh, we dissected a fetal pig (I was also out that week hehe 🤭) in Challenge 2, and my teacher thought it was so funny that we’d read Animal Farm a week before. 🤢

I’m going to prom this year!! But not a homeschool one. I’m a sophomore, and my school (a hybrid/private school) lets all high schoolers go since our high school isn’t as big as a public school, lol. I’m so excited!!
Also… if any of y’all go to a homeschool prom in Ohio, eastern Indiana, or northern Kentucky…just let me know 👀😁

Oh, okay. Indiana’s a great state though. Aside from the lack of snow.
If I went to a prom it’d probably be closer to central Indiana. I’m not going this year. My mom wasn’t sure I’m old enough, (sophomore), and I didn’t have the money to buy a ticket this year. But next year I’ll probably have a job. If you’re allowed to say, what part of Ohio are you in? I have family in the Greater Columbus area.
