Oh goodness. A genre I don’t write in? Haha this might be interesting. We’ll see if I can come up with something.

December 30, 2023 at 11:19 am #171748Wait, did you say it has to be in first person?

December 30, 2023 at 11:36 am #171751Yeah I did. Idk why, I just have been writing snippets in first person present so it was on my mind.

#AnduthForever (hopefully💕)June 1, 2024 at 2:07 pm #180363Hi! I want to bring this topic back to life.
As far as the last prompt, if you wrote or would like to write anything, please submit it here by June 8th. On June 8th I think we shall pick judges.
If you have nothing, or you aren’t interested in our last prompt, I have a new one:
Write a story deeply revolving around music of some kind. 500-1000 words.
If you wish to enter this second prompt, please submit your story by June 15.
May I remind any participants that you are not allowed to read others entries of a prompt if you are also doing that prompt and haven’t posted your story yet.
I believe that is all, unless anyone has any questions.

#AnduthForever (hopefully💕)June 1, 2024 at 2:42 pm #180365I almost said that I’m going to try to do this, but then I would have an excuse to not do it. Sooo… I AM going to do this! It think this prompt will stretch me a little bit, but it sounds fun!

June 1, 2024 at 2:51 pm #180369Ooh, this looks fun! Do we just post our stories into this topic?
I, for one, really like Roman numerals.
June 1, 2024 at 3:33 pm #180377Oh, good idea bringing this back!
I might be able to participate if I can fit it in around school work. I hope I can.
If I had ever learnt, I should have been a great proficient.
June 1, 2024 at 5:28 pm #180384Yes, and after all the entries are posted, we elect 1-3 judges who aren’t doing a story, and they decide upon a winner.
@esther-c @highscribeofaetheriumYay! Hope to see your stories soon!
@anyone
Oh, and just a note, since we currently have two prompts open, please note which one you wrote your story for if you post your story before June 8.

Okay! I plan on doing the music one.

June 16, 2024 at 7:23 pm #181134Here is my short story to the second prompt!
the music in the beginning is from River Flows in You by YIRUMA. The dynamics I mostly added. Enjoy!

#AnduthForever (hopefully💕)June 17, 2024 at 10:30 am #181142… aaaand I missed the deadline, didn’t I?
*smashes head against the wall*
Augh! I completely forgot about this and I really wanted to do this one!Ah well 😔
I read your story but I don’t think I’m supposed to say anything about it yet.
If I had ever learnt, I should have been a great proficient.
June 17, 2024 at 10:44 am #181143If you noticed, I missed the deadline too. It just ended up being posted anyways because I thought I had said the 16th. Oh, well.

I’ll just give a new short story prompt. And here it is:
Tell the story of a scar.
You can use new settings/characters or use characters from your own WIP, as long as the flow of the story is clear to people who haven’t read your WIP.
The deadline is November 9th, so you have exactly ten days to write up a scar story. Should be enough time, it doesn’t have to be too fancy. 🙂
Does anyone feel less inclined to write, and likes to judge? Maybe @rae since you are the holy creater of the topic? 😂
There has been no news for Silksong for today...
October 30, 2024 at 10:01 am #188569This is great!! I love this!
I’ll tag a few more people in case they’re interested.
